When Fwhip woke up, he saw that both Sausage and Hermes were gone. Fwhip immediately got lost in his thoughts, he didn't even notice the small white feathers on the bed. He slightly pouted, upset that the taller was gone. 𝘋𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘵... Fwhip covered his face, which was now as red as a beet. 𝘐 𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘮𝘦𝘵 𝘩𝘪𝘮! 𝘐𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘚𝘤𝘰𝘵𝘵 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘴 "𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦"? 𝘐𝘵'𝘴 𝘧𝘶𝘤𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘦𝘪𝘳𝘥... 𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘪𝘵 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘴 𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘦? Fwhip let out a frustrated sigh. He got up from the bed and walked out of the room. 𝘔𝘢𝘺𝘣𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘤𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘮𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘴... Once out of the house, Fwhip just wandered around The City of Dawn. He had just left a small bookstore. Inside were a lot of interesting books, one of them he bought. It was about something called the "Wither Rose Alliance". He didn't know what it was, but it seemed interesting. Fwhip continued to look around at different stores. Nothing else really caught his eye. "Hey! Fwhip!!" The goblin looked over to the voice, it was Gem. He quickly ran over to the butterfly hybrid. "Hey Gem!" The two talked for a bit, well that was until another voice joined the conversation. "Sorry about that. I forgot that I had to give Hermes to Joel." Gem gave Sausage a small smile. "You're fine. Ooh, you have your wings out!!" Sausage scratched the back of his neck and let out a laugh. "Ya, my back was starting to bother me." Fwhip stared at Sausage. 𝘏𝘦 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘴 𝘴𝘰 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘺... Fwhip quickly shook his head. "Hey... Gem?" The other redhead let out a human as she looked down at Fwhip. After a moment of hesitation, Fwhip spoke. "Um... What's love?" Gem's eyes widened. She did not expect that question, especially from Fwhip. To be completely honest, Gem didn't know how to answer the question. I mean she has never really loved anyone herself, unless you count a crush on someone. Gem looked over at Sausage, basically giving him a silent plea for help. Sausage thought for a moment. "Love... it's an intense or deep affection for another person. Kind of how Katherine and Shubble feel for each other." Gem quickly nodded her head. "Ya, what Sausage said!" Fwhip quietly laughed. That's when Gem realized something. "WAIT!!! Do you like someone!?!" Fwhip's face instantly turned red, and he started denying it, saying he was just "curious". Meanwhile, Gem was asking things like "Who are they?!", "Are they nice?!", "Are they hot?!", and other questions along those lines. Eventually, Sausage just burst into laughter. "WOW! You two argue like siblings!" As soon as Sausage said that, both Fwhip and Gem turned to look at Sausage and said "We do not!!" At the same time. There was a moment of silence before Sausage burst out laughing again.
