The scene start from all the incident revolve in her mind from her childhood to till now . How sheela 's manipulation , her each every words against kartik because of all she thought kartik is the main culprit and manipulate everyone . He never loved anyone not even his own biological kids i.e she and his brother he only used them . The persons he cared about only his second wife and her daughter .

But after Her and vansh conversation, kartik condition his panick attack and moreover his breakdown show her something else . Her heart shouted that truth is something more she know that truth is something else .
