The scene start from kartik look at akshu and whisper her name . When she looked at him her soul trembles seeing him in this condition . He was looking vulnerable , sweating profusely with messy hair . His eyes was swollen due to weeping hard . She held him from shoulder and made him stand properly .

Akshu ( Concerned ) Mr goenka ...

Kartik ( vulnerable ) - princess please naira ko baacha lo woh cliff se gir ....

He unable to said more as he was crying profusely and sobbing at the same time . Akshu saw confusingly toward her at the same time she felt pain seeing him so vulnerable .

Akshu ( cupped his face ) - mumma ?? Woh nahi hai yaha ??

Kartik ( pointing toward lady ) - woh rahi naira ( begging ) princess please save my jaan . Please .

Akshu confusingly look at lady and than at kartik she understood that he is traumatized and hallucinate naira in that lady . Before she react kartik ran to lady and start shaking him and plead her to get up . Lady's husband was about to hold him but before he did anything akshu held his hand and nodded in no . Man too stop seeing her as he recognised her as once she treated his son . He knew both Dr abhimanyu birla and Dr akshara goenka . She gesture them to come aside .

Man - akshara mam please treat my wife ( look at kartik )  aur iss pagal ko bahar nikaliye yaha se .

Akshu ( shout ) - pagal ( lower her pitch ) pagal nahi hai woh unhe pagal kehene ki galti maat karna baas traumatized hai . Goenka industries ke owner hai woh kartik goenka great personality and moreover HE IS MY DAD don't call him pagal ( said sternly with frown )

Man lowered down his head and apologize her . Akshu too realised she was harsh to him . She nodded and apologize him too .

Akshu - I am too sorry for shouting at you .... woh actually meri mom ki death bhi aise cliff se gir ke huyi thi.... I hope you understand .

Man ( feeling sorry for both of them ) - ohh sorry I don't know about it .

She lowered down her head and go toward kartik who continuously pleading her to wake as he imagine her as naira .

Akshu ( held him from shoulder ) - Mr goenka aap please chinta maat kijiye . Main mumma ko theek kar dungi . Aap baithiye yaha ( take him to the bench and made him sit and made him drink water ) and relax yourself .

Kartik ( hold her hand ) - princess please aapni mumma ko theek kar do ( crying silently ) I will not live wi.thout...h...er

Akshu rub his back in order to console him . She was tensed as he never so him so vulnerable .

"If he killed her mom for money and loved sirat than why today he is in that condition remembering her mom " this question hovered in her mind but she shrugged it off as right now her priorities are kartik , that patient and keerti .

Akshu told nurse to take that lady to OPD and asked Dr Rohan to inform abhimanyu about the same as the case was critical .

Kartik get up and was about to go to that lady but akshu stop him and tried to console him .

Kartik - princess please ta....

Before he complete his sentence he passed out in akshu 's arm . Akshu shout his name and get panicked . She immediately asked to nurse for stretcher and kartik was taken to ward . Akshu informed about keerti accident to rest of Singhanias and goenkas . After admitted him to the ward and examine him akshu go back  keerti .
