Tyrion groaned as he woke up cracking his back and knuckles with another loud groan of displeasure.

'Rough night imp?' Sandor questioned fixing his boots.

'If I get through this without scratching one end or the other it will be a miracle.' Tyrion told him drunkenly, his head was spinning, he hated the north. He really hated it.

'Didn't pick you for a hunter.'" Sandor mused his gaze moved to the window seeing Sasha and a smile almost met his face.

'"I am the greatest in the land my spear never misses.' he said drunkenly, his words slurred.

'"It's not hunting if you pay for it.' Sandor remarked getting up as Tyrion closed his eyes again leaning against the stables.

"Sasha sit down. I want to get this done with." Cersei instructed. Sasha moved quickly to her sisters side as cersei pulled the sheets from the mirrors. "Why did you cover the mirror? Gods..." cersei muttered.

"No reason." Sasha whispered with a shrug.

"I still cant believe Ned stark is going to be hand of the king." Cersei grumbled as she moisturized Sasha's face waving her hand in front of her sister's face to dry it before she moved to the powders spinning her brushes with multiple sizes and widths tapping it gently against the side of the powder tray. Barnes the ever dutiful guard stood outside the door waiting patiently.

"I don't know but I think Ned Stark is quite-"

"I mean honestly Jamie would do better father would do better don't you think?" Cersei questioned cutting her off. Sasha realistically knew Cersei just wanted Sasha to agree with her but Sasha couldnt help herself.

"I don't think father wants to be hand of the king." Sasha countered "he's not really a big fan of Robert.'' Sasha reminded her

"Of course he's not a fan of Robert no one is a fan of Robert." she declared as though were obvious

"Right of course silly me." Sasha whispered.

"Yes now sit down stop talking or else im going to mess it up."

"Right sorry" Sasha whispered sitting still.

"What did I just say Sasha?" Cersei snapped.

Sasha just nodded and then froze murmured a little 'shit, sorry'.

"As I was saying I cannot believe that Ned Stark is going to be hand the King he's going to live in the capital in the castle with us put an honorable man in charge? What an idiot. THe both of them."

Sasha did not think Ned Stark was an idiot in fact she thought having an honorable man in the capital would do the Realms some good but clearly her sister thought otherwise.

"- and I mean clearly he just wants his old pal to whore and drink with him. Oh my Gods they are going to turn westeros into more a of whore house but, I am magnificent, look at you now," she spun Sasha around and Sasha stared back at her reflection in the mirror. Her sister although very vain when it came to things like beauty- outer beauty- instead of inner beauty and redeeming qualities... Sasha did love when her sister made her look beautiful because she could truly feel beautiful. Looking at her reflection now she didn't see the scars permanent rashes blotching her face and her neck she saw herself. And she felt beautiful.

'"I know what I'm putting you through. Thank you for saying yes. I only ask you because I need you. You're a loyal friend. You hear me? A loyal friend. The last one I've got." Robert remarked.

'I hope I'll serve you well.' Ned told him.

'You will. And I'll make sure you don't look so fucking grim all the time. Come on, boys, let's go kill some boar!" Ned nodded goodbye to Bran as the riding party headed off.

' Come on, you.' Bran instructed summer as she ran away from Ned and towards Bran.

Sandor was heading out when he saw Sasha. He stared back at her as she came into the courtyard. Sasha waved back at him keeping her hand close to her chest.

"Hound!" Joffrey barked and sandor snarled back at him.

"See you when you get back..." sasha called after him. Sandor nodded his feet not willing to move a step away from her. He didn't think that she needed all that gunk on her face covering up who she really was. He liked her simple as that she didn't need to hide who she was.

"Im joining the hunt is that alright? I can stay!" Loras assured.

"Have fun. You have too much energy for this early anyways." She teased and he kissed her cheek before running off. Sandor scowled back at them but when loras left her side it was sandors eyes she found among the crowd.

"Sasha do you climb?" Bran questioned.

" I can't say that I do climb." Sasha remarked as she followed after him.

"Then you can watch me climb the broken tower." he declared proudly "I'm an excellent climber."

"Broken towers should not be climbed." Sasha countered as they moved into the godswood. "You know why?"

"Why?"

"It has the name broken in the title Bran, I really should not have to tell you why. You are smarter then that." Sasha teased.

"You are so silly!" Bran declared running ahead of her. "Hey Sasha, what happened to your face?" She resisted the urge to touch your face thinking that the powder was gone and her true scars revealed.

"What do you mean?" She fisted her hand at her side her sister would kill her she messed up her make up and it wasn't actually messed up yet, the less she touched her face the less so she would have to fix.

"Well you had stuff on your face yesterday night," Bran reminded her "...and now..." he shrugged. "You don't have it on your face anymore. Did you wash your face or were you dirty?" Sasha loved his innocent curiosity.

"No I wasn't dirty..." She didn't know how to answer that she did know how to explain. DIdnt know what condition she had because the maesters couldn't identify or explain it either. "Why don't you show me how you can climb this tree?" Hoping to divert him from her face instead and back onto climbing. "Brandon this tree has a face!" Sasha declared "do you see this it's looking at us!"

Bran hadn't been up to the broken tower for weeks and since he was heading to the capital soon, this might be his last chance. He raced across the godswood, taking the long way around the heart tree had always frightened him a bit but he had to be brave.

"Trees should not have eyes," Bran declared and Sasha nodded in agreement. "or leaves that looked like hands." His wolf came sprinting at his heels.

"That is weird." Sasha agreed touching the leaves, they did look like hands. "Just be careful up there please, and come right back down!"

"I will be careful." Bran assured.

"Just up the tree and back and shout if you get stuck!" Sasha begged.

"I am basically a professional climber. I never get stuck." Bran corrected but as he climbed he found himself near the tower its bricks crumbling around him the gargoyles displayed worn from age, weathered by time and he found himself stuck when he heard a man and a woman's voice.

"I was telling Sasha that You should be the Hand."

"Gods forbid," Jaime replied lazily. "It's not an honor I'd want. There's far too much work involved." Bran hung, listening, suddenly afraid to go on. They might glimpse him, if he tried to swing by he did not want to risk it. So he hung nervously.

"Don't you see the danger this puts us in?" Cersei hissed. "Robert loves the man like a brother."

"Robert can barely stomach his brothers. Not that I blame him. Stannis would be enough to give anyone indigestion." Jaime corrected.

"Don't play the fool. Stannis and Renly are one thing, and Eddard Stark is quite another. Robert will listen to Stark. Damn them both. I should have insisted that he name you, but I was certain Stark would refuse him." Cersei grumbled out.

"We ought to count ourselves fortunate," Jaime corrected. "The king might as easily have named one of his brothers, or even Littlefinger, gods help us." He muttered. "Give me honorable enemies rather than ambitious ones, and I'll sleep more easily by night."
