Icecube was awake late at night, he was oddly not tried. He got up from his bed, Bigtail was asleep along with Flame. Icecube started to walk around Jade Mountain, he suddenly heard a strange noise coming from the history class.
Icecube looked in the cave and saw Sora with some weird looking cactus things "Um... am I interrupting something?" Sora jumped dropping several of the cactus things. Icecube picked one of the cactus and said "Are these... Bombs?" Sora was clearly frozen in terror as she was silent.
Icecube quickly walked up to Sora and said "Why do you have bombs?" Sora quickly composed herself "Um... I- I... I am trying to k- kill Icicle, I thin- I know she was the one to kill my sibling s- so I am setting bombs to kill her.... sorry, I know she's your sister but... I- I wanted to avenge my sibling." Icecube looked down at Soda and said "It isn't ok but I understand, I would do anything to avenge my brother, Hailstorm, he was probably killed in Scarlet's arena, maybe the Nightwings did it or maybe Scarlet made someone do it, either way I hate them, but I can't fully blame them, it was a war, you need to keep that in mind, if you kill Icicle, I'll have to avenge her and if I kill you well it will be an endless stream of revenge and anger, leading to another war." Sora looked up at Icecube and said "You should know, I heard Icicle talking about murder in her sleep when I went by her room, I think she's planning something bad."
Icecube growled "She what. Ok, I have a small idea, we need to stop her and make sure she doesn't kill anyone, it will help both of us." Sora seemed surprised "You want to try and figure out who she's planning to kill and why and stop her?" Icecube then said "Yeah, Icicle needs to learn to not act like this is war, this is something new."
As Icecube and Sora exited the room Sora began to throw the bombs away, or outside of Jade Mountain "What about Winter, could he be in on Icicle's plans?" Icecube glared at Sora "Absolutely not, Winter is not the kind of dragon to kill or plan to kill." Icecube knew Winter better than any dragon in all of Phyriha how could Sora dare to suggest Winter could be a murderer, Icecube sighed as he remembered this dragon had no idea what Winter truly was like.
Icecube quickly said "Sorry if that sounded aggressive, I just don't want dragons to think Winter is as horrid as he acts, he was raised by some terrible dragons who only care about rankings." Sora nodded and said "I guess that makes sense, but what are you gonna tell Winter if we do have to stop Icicle?" Icecube sighed and replied "I guess I didn't think that far, but we could tell hi-"
Icecube stopped as he heard a sound from behind them, he quickly pounced at the sound expecting Icicle or someone who wanted to kill them but was met with a small Nightwing, Moon "Oh sorry Moon, didn't know you were up." Moon's fear quickly disappeared from her eyes as Icecube released her neck from his talons, "S- Sorry for scaring you, I heard you talking and... I wanna help make sure nobody dies." Icecube smiled and said "The more the better, but don't tell everyone, we don't need the whole mountain scared of Icicle."
Moon nodded and said "So it's Sora, me, you and... anyone else?" Icecube shrugged and said "Probably Winter and that Qibli fellow would probably be helpful." Moon nodded and replied "Should I tell them or do you wanna?" Icecube replied with a serious look "I don't think Winter would believe a word from you so I'll tell them." With that they all went back to their rooms to sleep, or at least Moon and Sora did, Icecube decided to go hunting and to throw the bombs that were hidden into the ocean.
