( THIRD PERSON POV:)
since the guard had given you permission to get on board, you saw no reason to sit there waiting. you gladly walked aboard to peek in from the corner, there you saw akutagawa with two unconscious bodies which were your "kind of" friends.
you brainstormed some ideas which would help them. should you fight akutagawa to try to save kyouka and atsushi? the first option which would come to mind, you could probably pull it off but there was still a chance of failing. if that happened, you'd be another unconscious body and atsushi would have to wake up to save both. might be a little difficult for him. now the second option, you could try to talk some sense into akutagawa and hope he wouldn't attack you. you'd have less of a chance of being attacked if you didn't attack him first.
well, you didn't have many choices, actually only two to be exact. you had decided to go with option two because it had the smallest chance of failure though not by much. you came out where you were hiding and inhaled a big breath of fresh air to prep yourself.
alright here goes nothing.
"akutagawa it's not too late to turn back. atsushi might have a rivalry with you but kyouka has done nothing to you, besides taking her wouldnt make much of a difference anyway. actually don't take atsushi either." you finally spoke inconsistently changing your mind and not knowing what to say. in response, the male snapped his head over to you and gave you the most petrifying stare you have seen to this day.
" how in the world did you get on here?"
you scratched the back of your head a little nervous from his tone. "well obviously i uh snuck on here." you chuckled backing up.
"don't you know that's suicide ?"
"yes, yes i do" you choked out. "but you're the reason i made this decision in the first place! do you not remember abandoning me? well i really hope you're angry at this because i felt the same way!"
threatening his mission was probably too far which you knew but you saw akutagawa's face and suddenly you were back to being abandoned at the agency again. your mind couldn't go anywhere else. probably not the best situation to be in when you're having a verbal, close to physical fight.
you started walking over to kyouka and atsushis figures when your leg was nearly caught by akutagawas ability.
" take another step, i dare you. you're still idiotic as ever and you wondered why i abandoned you. you're weak just like the rest of them."
you were willing to calmly get through this, but after what akutagawa just said that was no more. you wanted to make him unbelievably angry.
you felt your feet inching closer towards atsushi's body at an inhuman pace but soon enough all you saw was black.
