"Mysta!" Y/n ran to him with open arms but midway going to him, her fist clenched. She punched her best friend on the shoulder.

"Ow-"

Y/n raised an eyebrow. Why did he react like nothing happened? Y/n turns to Vox in hopes he was still there and thankfully he was.

The brunette shrugged it off and questioned Mysta on his disappearance. "Where have you been?"

"Been moving towns, different works. Life's shit."

"That's not what you wro-" She finally caught on to his lies, deciding to not bring up the letter he wrote. "Do you have a girlfriend now?"

Mysta nodded, a toothy grin plastered on his face. "Her name is Mira! She's.."

"Why are you questioning him these questions?" Vox whispered onto Y/n, having to lean down for a bit because of the height difference.

Y/n just nodded happily, pretending to listen to Mysta's rambles. "I have a feeling he's not my best friend," She whispered back to the raven haired male.

Not wanting to question her why, he asked her a different question. "Do you want to leave?"

"Bring me to the mall,"

Vox tsked and rolled his eyes. "Fine, that is what I promised Luca.."

"And that's how I met her! She's such a fucking bitch sometimes but I love her."

Y/n laughed at his comment. "Haha that's so cute. Oh, we have to go-" Msyta walked towards her, holding the sleeve of her jacket. "Can I come with? It's been so long since we last hang out.."

Vox shook his head. "Sorry boy, me and Y/n promised Luca we'd be hanging out alone."

Mysta pulled his hand away, his face showed an expression of.. teasing? "Are you cheating on Ike?"

"No-" Y/n and Vox looked at each other, confused why they answered at the same time.

Mysta then smirked. "What a surprise! I for sure thought that Ike chosen Y/n over you Vox-"

"We really have to go, Mysta. I want to buy a gift for Luca," Y/n cuts off her best friend, she nodded at Vox which made the tall ravenette go to start the car.

Mysta hugged Y/n tightly. "See you here again tomorrow?" The girl shrugged. "We'll see."

"We're back!" Y/n said, entering the living room with Vox. Shu had a worried look displayed on his face whilst Luca hugged his cousin in joy.

"I got you your favourites!" Y/n handed her cousin his favourite cheddar cheese pringles to which the blonde was grateful for.

"Take it off."

"Huh?" The sudden words from Vox directed to Y/n made Shu and Luca raise an eyebrow in concern.

"Your jacket, take it off." Vox demanded. As weird as it sounded, Y/n did as told and gave it to Vox. The ravenette checked every pocket it has and then the insides of it. "I fucking knew it." He whispered.

Between his thumb and pointing finger, he held a small circular device that was beeping red light every three seconds. Vox handed it to Shu as he is an expert in electronics. "It's a tracking device,"

Upon closer inspection, Shu deducted that it had no speakers meaning the small device could not hear the conversations Vox and Y/n had during their hangout. "Who did this?"

"Okay don't freak out Shu, but it was Mysta."

"What?!" Both the engaged lovers cried out in surprise. "But Mysta is out of town, how can he just magically appear in a day?"

Y/n nodded at Shu's statement. "That's why I was weirded out. He mentioned his life was terrible and he found a lover but that's not what he wrote in his letter to me."

"Speaking of," Shu took the letter directed to Y/n, but instead of a clean version the first letters of each sentences were circled using a purple marker. "The real Mysta was hinting something, I have to say; I'm proud of my brother."

Y/n reread the letter again but this time focusing on the first letters on each sentences. "Ike captured me..?"

"I knew he was competitive but I never knew he'd take it this far.." Luca whispered quietly. Y/n took a seat on ome of the fancy couches Shu has in the living room, she turned on her phone to see an unread message from her boyfriend.

"That's how you text him?" Vox peaked behind Y/n's shoulder.

"Judge me when you get a lover,"

"Speaking of Ike." Shu cleared his throat. "He asked both of us for your hand in marriage," Luca nodded, his arms crossed.

Vox extended an arm behind Y/n but placed it on the head of the couch. "And what did you say?" Y/n looked at him with a weirded expression, possibly one saying 'why are you doing this?'

Luca shrugged. "We said that it's our Y/n's choice since she's the one he wants to be married with the first place,"

"But then he threw an uno reverse to us. He was asking if we would like him to be as part of the Kaneshiro family or not," Shu added.

"We're using my lastname?" Luca asked, completely straying from the main topic. "I wanted to use your lastname-"

"But I'm not ready to marry him yet.." Y/n said. Vox sighed in relief and as much as it sounded as a red flag, maybe we should think of Ike's actions more. "We've only been together for five months, it's still too early for me."

Vox ruffled Y/n's hair, proud of her decision. "That's my girl!" He complimented. "You should say that to him, make him wait a bit more and as I said Y/n, if he doesn't treat you well, I can always treat you better and I mean it."
