"I kinda got lost so I kept walking." The redhead admitted. Toni giggled at her response. Cheryl pretended to be offended again. "See, I knew you'd laugh!" She slightly raised her voice, blushing. Toni decided to question her further. "So it's purely coincidence that we met then?" Toni raised her eyebrows, knowing there is more to Cheryl's story than she had heard. Cheryl sighed in defeat. "Okay maybe I didn't tell the truth of why I'm here," Cheryl confessed to the brunette. "I knew it! What is it?" She asked, fully invested into knowing how Cheryl ended up at the cafe. "Well we have mutual friends on Instagram so your account came up and I saw that you sometimes sing here and I had to come see for myself but that's when I got lost. I had no idea where I was going." Cheryl told the brunette with a smile. Toni put the pieces together in her head. "You wanted to come and hear me sing?" Toni asked with a blush. Cheryl nodded, "Yeah I remember you being good in high school," Toni blushed hard in defeat. Cheryl brought out a different side of Toni completely but was she complaining? Hell no! Cheryl laughed at Toni blushing. "Hmm now look who's blushing." Cheryl mocked Toni but got gently hit with a pillow in return. Cheryl laughed. "Movie?" Toni suggested and Cheryl nodded. Toni put WandaVision "You a marvel fan?" Cheryl asked. Toni gave the redhead an enthusiastic nod, "Yes. Absolutely. I have watched every movie and series at least five times. I love Natasha Romanoff." Toni spoke excitedly and Cheryl smiled. "That's interesting," Cheryl made a mental note in her head and Toni kept watching WandaVision intently. "You?" The brunette asked.
"I was obsessed when I was little and still am," Cheryl answered, to which Toni smiled.

After some time, it was getting late and the storm, which Toni was sheltering Cheryl from, was only getting worse. Toni looked at Cheryl, who had fallen asleep on the couch and began to snore lightly. The storm got louder and Toni was scared so she did the first thing that came to mind. She impulsively held Cheryl's hand but this woke the redhead so she instantly pulled her hand away. Cheryl just grabbed Toni's hand gently and smiled; the brunette smiled back. "I'm scared of storms," Toni shyly admitted so Cheryl opened her arms out for the brunette. She cuddled into the redhead, who looked at her with admiration. Toni looked back at Cheryl. The two girls found themselves getting lost in each other's eyes and without thinking Cheryl looked at the brunette's lips then back into her eyes. Toni gulped and did the same. They sat in this comfortable silence for what must have been a whole minute. "I really want to kiss you right now," Cheryl said just loud enough for Toni to be able to hear her. Toni smiled and nodded, "Then do it." The shorter girl spoke softly so Cheryl gently grabbed Toni's face before leaning in and kissing her very softly on the lips. Toni kissed back straight away just as softly and Cheryl pulled away with that genuine smile plastered on her face. "Holy shit," was all Toni managed to get out and Cheryl giggled quietly. "I've been wanting to do that since I was like 15," Cheryl confessed but, of course, Toni already knew that. "I'm uh singing tomorrow night. You should come along. That's if you want to," The brunette suggested and the redhead nodded in response. "Sounds great, I'll have to kinda disguise myself." Cheryl reminded Toni, who impulsively looked in the redhead's eyes once again. "That's okay," Toni reassured the redhead.
