—As many of you know, Croco D. Nile is the current leader of the S.A.A. Also known as the Sewer Animals Association —explained Killer. —But unfortunately, the bloodline doesn't end there.
The team members listened as Killer switched pages whilst he spoke.
—Currently, we're only aware of his partner and adoptive son. Inés and Julio D.Nile. But putting those two aside, we have received news that the association has lost a 5% of their members these past months, unknown causes.
Zayden scratched the back of his ear as he'd look at the presentation being projected from above. There were pictures presented of D. Nile and his partner, but the son only had a question mark besides his name. They knew they were classified crocodiles, but they had a theory the son was also a crocodile but rather a different type. They didn't know if he was more humanoid looking or more animalistic.

That depended on genetics, but maybe also on your health. People said that they believed the reason most predators had more animalistic features was because of their diet, because they didn't eat properly and their internal instincts were beginning to show. Slowly loosing control as they'd go back to their original selves. Explaining why most Prey didn't look more wild. Again, that was just a theory of many.

—D. Nile rules over everyone who has been led to the twisted path. Our undercover members visiting the black markets for any news that could help us stop it sooner, so no more innocent lives would be lost, and so we could have a better chance at equality in this world —he kept presenting.

They would all usually have these meetings as a reminder and update. At least once or twice a month. As he said earlier, 5% of the members had left for unknown reasons, maybe they grew tired or made unrepairable mistakes. D. Nile wasn't the type to mess around, committing more evil doings that he could even count. But he had money, and it seemed to cover up whatever he did.
Killer may or may not have some history with him, but Zayden knew so little.
—There hasn't been any recent accidents, he hasn't come out in quite a few time. Him leaving a few prey hospitalized —he'd show some newspaper articles —seems to be his way of showing he hasn't stopped yet.
Zayden's posture straightened as he looked at the screen with his eyes widened, that same title again.
—Key's incident. . . —he thought —Did. . . D. Nile himself attack Kieran? —he'd remember, his hands clenching into a fist.

When the meeting ended, everyone left the room as Killer packed up his own belongings, Zayden walked up to him as they were left alone.
—Killer? —he spoke, breaking the silence.
—Yes, son? —Killer looked at him.
—Don't you think there's a possibility D. Nile attacked someone because of. . . business? —he asked.
—Well, yes, why do you ask?
—I meant. . . as in, Prey. That maybe one of the incidents he had caused was because of business, in-between matters.
—Im not that fully aware that he ever did in-between business. . . —Killer though as he closed his suitcase. —Why do you ask, so suddenly?
—No reason, sir —he'd move his tail nervously —I know D. Nile is the closest thing to a psychopath, but he isn't a dumb man. I don't think he would do anything just because, he could but, maybe there is an unknown reason behind his doings?
Killer though for a second as he went quiet, leading Zay to the door as they both exited, locking the room behind him.
—I'll see what I can find, Zay. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with me —he'd ruffle Zayden's hair.
—Sure, of course —he'd faintly smile, fixing his hair as they'd part ways.

Zayden and Killer had, what some would call, a father-son bond. So Killer always took in mind whatever Zayden told him, even if it didn't make sense at all.

—Hey, Zay! —Aslan yelled.
Zayden shifted his head as he'd look over whilst he closed the outside door. Aslan waved at him, Yena and Zoro by his side.
—What's up? —Zay walked over to them.
—We're gonna crash Aslan's place for some drinks, feel like coming? —Zoro tried wrapping his arm around Zay, but ended up patting his shoulder as he realized he was too short for it.
—Do I gotta pay? —Zay tilted his head briefly.
HAH! Of course not! —Yena laughed.
Zayden didn't have any plans, and it had been some time his since last drink. Was he tired? Yeah. Was there a chance they'd keep insisting, and make him buy the drinks in the end? There was a chance, he wasn't risking it.
—Let's go then.
—Man, I could marry you —Zoro joked around before getting pushed off by Zayden.
Meanwhile they walked towards Aslan's house they bought some drinks on the way, all paid by Aslan of course. Getting in his house as they'd drop their things and start to have fun.
