Why do I feel embarrassed? It's only my brother.

"Erm thanks?" I have no idea what to say I've never played and sang in-front of anyone before

"I mean it you have a lovely voice, I've never heard that song before who's it by?"  Lorenzo questions.

"Erm it's my own I wrote it when I was 13." I say looking away.

Why am I shy? I'm never shy.

"13? Wow that's impressive Via." That nickname makes me smile.

"I thought everyone was asleep, what are you doing up?" What can he seriously be doing at quarter to 2 in the morning?

"I could ask you the same thing Engel." He just called me Angel.

What is it with this guy and nicknames?

"I asked you first." I smirk.

He sighs and speaks, "I was doing work now answer my question, what are you doing up?" Work. Seriously. He needs to take a break.

Now it's my turn to sigh, "Fine. I had a nightmare and whenever I have one I can never sleep so I came in here." I rush out.

"Do you want to talk about it?" Do I?

"Not right now no." I never like speaking about my nightmares straight after I've had one.

"Okay not to worry but you can tell me about it you know." His tone soft.

I nod at his words, "Anyways you should really give yourself a break from all the work. I get your the eldest but you should still have time for yourself, do something you enjoy for once and focus on work another time." I've been in that position and it's not good to overwork yourself.

He looks at me and stares as if he's contemplating what I've just said. "Hm you're right." He nods his head.

I'm always right.

"I know I am." I smile.

"Come on you should head to bed." He stands over me as he speaks.

"You should too Lorenzo." I speak as I stand up.

"Okay we should go to bed." Emphasising the 'we'

"I'll go to my room but just know I'm not going to be able to sleep." I fold my arms over my chest.

Ouch. My ribs.

I must've pulled a face as Lorenzo looks at me concerned, "What's up with you? What's with the face?"

"What do you mean by my face?" Acting clueless.

"You folded your arms and you pulled a face." Not dropping this conversation.

"I didn't know I pulled a face." Still acting clueless.

"You- never mind you're not going to tell me either way."

Damn right I'm not.
