𝒢𝓇𝑒𝓎𝓈𝑜𝓃'𝓈 𝒫𝒪𝒱:

I wake up and check my alarm clock seeing it's 06:03 in the morning.

I groan and roll out of bed, taking a shower. The only reason I do that is because I know I won't be able to get back to sleep. I never seem to sleep well on my own. I only ever have when it's with Liv.

Speaking of... she's been acting different. Distant.

I don't know what I feel for her but whatever it is I don't like it. I've never felt it before.

Being brought up in the Mafia it's known that you can never show any sort of feelings for a woman. That's because of two things:

-It gets you killed.

OR

-It gets them killed.

Both because they're your weakness. I can't let that happen. I won't let it happen.

I shake the thoughts out of my head and go down into the gym to start boxing.

It only feels like minutes but before I know it, Antonio comes walking in clearly to do the same thing I am.

"What you doing up?" He asks as he wraps his hands.

"Haven't done it in a while, wanted to get back into my routine." I shrug.

"How long you been down here?"

I shrug, "Lost track of time."

He hums, "Spar?"

I smirk, "You know it brother."

We get into the ring and spar like old times, we go back and forth bouncing on our feet waiting for the first punch.

I pretend to throw a jab causing him to duck out the way, I take this opportunity and hit him with a left hook.

He stumbles back but regains his balance and catches me on my ear.

I feel a ringing sensation but choose to ignore it. I continue throwing punches for what feels like forever.

Before I know it I'm on the floor with Antonio straddling me, punching me.

I move my legs around his, throwing him forwards off me. He freezes in shock giving me the advantage to switch our positions so I'm now on top of him.

"Are we interrupting something here? This feels intimate." A voice breaks us apart.

I get off him and see the voice has come from Sasha.

"Just sparring." I say nonchalantly.

I notice Liv standing beside her glaring at the floor, deep in thought. Something I picked up on, she tends to do it frequently.

"Matteo has told us to come get you as we are going shopping. Fight it out and decide which one of you it is that's coming." Sasha smiles.

"Nose goes." Antonio rushes out whilst touching his nose, "Sorry brother it's you. Have a wonderful time." He smirks patting my shoulder.

I shake my head and groan, "This is suicide."

"You'll love it. Sasha over here is a professional shopper." She smiles signalling to her best friend.
