Why do I always end up fighting people I know?!

I take a deep breath.

We got this.

We can win.

We WILL win.

I shake the thoughts out of my head and look at Clark.

"You got this okay? I know you do."

I nod my head at his words and step forward toward my opponent.

He does the same.

We get counted down from 3 and then the match begins.

I quickly move around dodging a punch he threw.

His eyes grow wide clearly not expecting me to dodge it so quick.

Bitch get on my level.

Not the time.

He quickly turns around to face me and I take the opportunity to kick him in the jaw.

He stumbles back not expecting the blow but steps back forward and punches me.

I grab his arm and twist it to the left and he grunts.

I notice him lift his knee up to knee my ribs but I see it coming so I step behind him still keeping ahold of his arm taking it behind his back.

I keep my grip tight and sweep him off the floor with my foot.

He falls into the ground.

I move to get on top of him but he kicks me in the stomach making me stumble back trying to catch my breath.

He moves to push himself up my I stand on his feet keeping him down.

I keel on one knee and punch him in the jaw.

He knees me in my ribs causing me to loose my balance.

Good thing that wasn't my bad ribs or I would've been doomed.

I feel a punch to my jaw making me taste blood.

If I do say so myself, he has a good punch.

Not as good as mine though.

He spins us round so he's now on top of me.

Kinky.

He punches me again in the same spot and goes to repeat his action. However, I grab his arm blocking the punch and quickly move my ankle around his foot. I lift my knee slightly up kicking him to the side to flip us over.

He freezes clearly not expecting that move from me. I take this opportunity and punch him straight in the nose over and over again.
