I'm staring at the stars thinking about how my whole life has changed within a few weeks when I feel a presence next to me.

I don't acknowledge it hoping whoever it is would walk away and leave me in my thoughts but of course.... I'm wrong.

I swear the world is never on my side.

They stand beside me and stare at me.

I know my side profile is sexy. No need to stare.

As if they read my thoughts they stop staring and look up at the sky.

"If you're going to star gaze it's better the lay on the floor than break your neck staring up at the sky." Marcello chuckles from beside me

I smile and shake my head.

"Come on I'm being serious." He sits down on the floor and lays back so he's fully on the floor.

he was being serious.

I sigh and join him lying down and staring at the sky.

He was right it does look better laying down rather than 'breaking my neck'

He points to the brightest star in the sky, "That's the Sirius Star."

he knows about stars?

"I didn't think you were the type to study stars." I say whilst giggling.

"What happened to the quote 'don't judge a book by a cover' Hm?" He responds whilst elbowing me playfully.

"Im hurt. Why would you think that?" Pressing my hand to my chest playfully.

He shakes his head laughing.

I do the same as him and point to a different star. "That's the North Star."

"How do you know? I can never tell which star is the North Star?" Marcello asks confused.

"You find the big dipper and then the two stars at the end point to the Polaris which is also known as the North Star."

"Oh, I still don't get it though."

I just laugh.

"Oh before I forget, you're starting school the day after tomorrow."

Way to ruin the mood.

I groan. "Do I have to?"

"Yep, but don't worry. Me, Matteo and Antonio will all be there."

I sit up and roam my hands through my hair and shake me head, "Just so you know me and school don't get along."

It's true. I was the girl most known for getting into fights and being kicked out of school for my 'attitude' not only that but I was well known for being the girl Heidi Burrows hates the most. Take a guess on who she may be....
