4 years later. It is Luke and Leia's 18th birthday. This is exciting for them, they're finally in adulthood, however for Padme and Anakin it was not, they're getting older Padme was now 45 and Anakin was 40. They were not that old, yet they still worried for their health even though they had been super healthy since the twins were born. Time was moving quickly and their children are now adults.

Padme and Anakin woke up on the morning of Luke and Leia's 18th birthday feeling a sense of melancholy. They had watched their children grow into young adults, and they couldn't help but feel a sense of nostalgia at the thought of all the moments they had shared together.

As they sat in bed, Padme and Anakin talked about the past and the future. They talked about all the things they had done together, and all the things they hoped to do in the future.

"We've come so far," Padme said, her voice filled with pride. "Look at how much they've grown." Anakin smiled, feeling a sense of joy at the thought of all the moments they had shared. "I know," he said. "It's hard to believe that they're already 18." Padme nodded, feeling a sense of contentment at Anakin's words. "It feels like just yesterday that they were born," she said.

As they got out of bed and began to prepare for the day ahead, Padme and Anakin made sure to spend time with Luke and Leia, talking with them and sharing stories of their past. They laughed and joked, and for a moment, it felt like they had stepped back in time.
