As the Reclaimers are busy expanding to the east coast of the former United States, they started to hear rumors of artificial humans, they are now wary on integrating the locals in fear of getting infiltrated by the artificial humans in which they don't know the motives or even the intentions of theirs. They even started to hear about an organization of science that produce artificial humans and kills the locals with the artificials replaced the locals. Hearing this makes the Reclaiming States of America to use procedure to determine if they are real or no because of fear of the rumors.
They hear a secret organization that it's sole purpose is to find the so-called institute to find a way to free the synths or even destroy the abominations within the institute, they searched throughout the East Coast to find this secret organization but found none.
At home, life went at peace and gained prosperity comparable to the old world. The people established their own business and people are walking to the streets of the Reclaimer-occupied East Coast,with the Reclamation gone to the Great plains, people are starting to move to the Great Plains to start new lives and contribute for their society as farmers. Ghouls and Mutants that still have their sentience started to search jobs that is equivalent to their Pre-war skills as to contribute to the Nation that the Reclaimers occupied.
In the Enclave, Doubt and unrest is starting to rise as they question about the legitimacy the Presidency of Eden as he wasn't even elected by the people because of the speech made by James Washington during a diplomatic mission to the Enclave. As old governments of the past falls because of unrest and doubt to the government. In the greatest eventuality that the commoners will overthrow the government and President Eden's days are numbered because of unrest and doubt.
President Eden knowing this, starting to plan to use the purifier to use the FEV to poison the water to weaken the
RSA to soften them up for war.
Colonel Autumn is now wary of the possible moves of the President and warns the RSA President James Washington.
As the search continued for the organization, it took months to find clues and even a few years to find them but eventually they found them.
The Army officials goes to the location of the organization named as the Railroad. Vertibirds with some soldiers to act as guards in case of something gone south,the Vertibirds ahs reached the location of the railroad and they come out of their Vertibirds. John goes down and some railroad members come out as they don't know who actually comes to their place as it was an unknown location even to the Enclave as no one have heard of them in fear of the possibility of the institute existing.
Railroad member 1:Who are you and why have you come in our place?
John:I am John Franklin of the RSA or known as the Reclaiming States of America. We wish to confirm rumors about the artificial humans that we heard lurking in the wasteland said by the wastelanders.
Railroad member 2:Well,follow us as we could explain to you inside.
The Men goes inside of the base and talks to the members about the Synth Rumors. They have met with Desdemona.
Desdemona:Who are you and why are you here?
John:We are the RSA or known as the Reclaiming States of America. We wish to confirm the rumors of artificial synths.
Desdemona:Hmm, the synths huh. Although there is synths but we suspect about a organization known as the Institute existing but it is still rumors.
John:What is the Institute?
Desdemona:It's an organization that make synths and make them replace biological humans. Although it is still unconfirmed if they existed or not, so take it with a grain of salt that they exist.
John:Ok,thanks for the info but is there anymore information that we could use about this institute?
Desdemona:Well,nothing in the moment.
John:Ok so if there is anymore, contact us because we are wary of these rumors
Desdemona:As evidently you are as you are here,well yes, we will contact as soon as we found more information about the synths.
John:Well, that's settled, thank you for your cooperation,
Desdemona:Your welcome.
John:Now may you excuse me as I will now return where I came from.
Desdemona:Farewell then.
John:Farewell as well.
John signaled to his men that they are leaving and they have left along with their vertibirds traveling to the RSA territory.
After many minutes, they have arrived and they land their vertibirds.
They exit their vertibirds and John goes to the Oval Office in the white house on where the RSA President resides. John arrived at the White House and head straight to the Oval Office to talk with James as about the Synth Rumors. He arrived and the two send their greeting and starts a conversation.
John:Well hello there old friend, good to see you.
James:Good to see you also, what brings you here?
John:I've come to talk about the synth rumors.
James:Ah yes, I have heard of them, please sit down and let's discuss about it.
John sit down close to the President's table.
John:Well about the Synths, we have confirmed that they exist but a looming organization that rumored to exist as they replace humans with Synths as we talked with the organization, railroad.
James:So you are saying that there is an organization that replace humans with Synths at their steads?
John:Yes,we need to prepare our military as we will go to war with this so called institute if they actually existed, I also suggest to ready our nuclear missiles in case of war broke out as we don't know what kind of evils they will send to us
James:Well then, I will take in your suggestion. Well John I also need you to make us ready in case of the Enclave attacked us because Colonel Autumn warned about Eden on what could possibly his next move.
John:I will do it. Well if there is nothing to talk more, may I be excused and went on my way.
James:You are excused.
John goes out of the Oval Office and orders the Military to be ready in case any war should come. The Military Industrial complex is starting to produce more weapons and power armor as they managed to reverse engineer it. For a few months. James started a space program, one that would make them conquer the Stars and bring wealth and prosperity to the future United States of America.
The reason also that they manage to acquire nuclear missiles is that there are silos that were not fired because either jam or malfunction and the RSA in it's Expansion have acquired these weapons making them partially regaining American Power in the Pre-war Era.
Reclaimer Scientists started to work on the program that would eventually propel them in the Stars. Pre-war America already laid the groundwork. Now it's up to them to finish what America started with it's newly found nuclear fusion reactor blueprint with nuclear batteries. The Enclave and the RSA having tensions higher. Both readied their military-industrial complex and stared eye to eye on a standoff to see who will fire the first shots of war. John on the other hand now searches the institute bit with a rumor armed difficulty is bound to grow as the Institute is profoundly a master of hiding.
The Stage is set. Let's see if the RSA pulls through and reform the United States of America to it's glory, to it's ideals and to it's power back to the North American Continent and eventually the entire world.
