This is set 4 months after the worlds collide aka the sixth book in the series
Alex Bailey POV
I stared at the note in shock. I was just going to go over to my twin brother's house to check if he had got a note as well. But just as I opened my door my brother came hurtling in and smashed into me!
"Whoa Conner, what's got you all so fired up?" I asked my brother as he looked rather flustered. The only response I got was this.
"Alex please tell me, did you get a note that magically appeared in front of you?!"
"Isn't that hurtful, not saying hello first or anything. And Conner yes I did I was just on my way to go to you and now I realise that wasn't necessary." I replied back to him.
He told me that he got one too and he thought that it was a prank from me and now since he realised that it wasn't he didn't know what to do. I told him that we need to gather Goldilocks, Jack, Froggy, Red and last but not least Bree here to talk about this. I also told him that I would send messages to our parents and the members of the happily forever after assembly, so that they knew what was going on.
When all of that was done we had 10 minutes left. We realised this was sent to all of the people that went to New York City in a commercial aeroplane to save the worlds plus Alex.
Our group determined that in the prophecy the heir of magic was obviously ✨me ✨ and the heir of stories was obviously Conner because they each technically inherited the titles most suited for them. The rest of the prophecy though... we had no clue who the others were. What struck me the most was the part about the children and it seemed like it was important but I couldn't quite put my finger on it...
Right after we discussed everything and packed. A button that said press me was appeared in front of us.

Red of course being one of the more naive one of us said this.
"Oooo a red button, can I press it?"
We told her to wait because there was a note on the back of the BIG RED BUTTON! (I'm sorry I had to do it forgive me please? With sour jellies on top?) It said this:
Hey Crew!
Press the button and it will be a fun journey if you keep on waiting it will be *winces* less than a little pleasant so push the button everyone simultaneously. So when the button counts down to zero press it ok?

Since we knew it would have been a stupid move if we didn't because the writer of the note seemed really powerful. We could feel the power emanating off of a hastily written piece of scrap paper. When we finished reading the note a countdown started going down from 30. As soon as it hit zero we pressed it.
And how we travelled was so fun it was like those really twisty slides that somehow your friends were next to you the whole time to keep you company. We didn't even get sick but soon we were spat out at the end of the slide. We all groaned until we looked up. We were gobsmacked...
