Chapter 11

Ayato POV

After walking (Y/N) back to her room I was making walking down a street. It was about 1am. I breathed out making a huff of breath visible. I stopped in front of Anteiku. On the top level was a light on and my sister Touka sitting. Looked like she was studying. My sister and I don't get along anymore...since our father past away that was many many years ago. I have to protect Touka...she is the only family I have left...and I also have to protect the one person that has been with me in Aogiri.."(Y/N)"

Your pov

It was about 9 in the morning when you woke up..you held the covers close to your face. "Oh covers your so soft and warm" you mumble. "No sun goo away!' you hiss as the sun slowly creeps in from the window. you hiss at it with disgust and turn around trying to shield my eyes.

You were getting changed when you hear your mother's voice behind the door. "(Y/N)...its mom!" you hear her squeal. "Morning?" you shout so she can hear. "I have great news!" she says as she opens the door right when you had no shirt on luckily a bra was on. "OH MY GOSH MOM!!!"you scream as you cover your self with your shirt "KNOCK NEXT TIME!!!" you screech throwing a sock at her. "I'm sorry darling!" she panics and whips around. your face was pure red. You quickly whip on the shirt and take a deep breath in an then exhale. "What did you need?" you ask as your mom turns around. "Its the antidote! they got an antidote!" she says. You smile big "Finally! oh my gosh is everyone okay now? did the give it to Minx?! how is she?!" you speak like a rapper so fast that your mom stares at you like chubacka. "No they are right now..come on" she grabs your arm pulling you behind her.

Probably all the ghouls where watching at Dr. Otieku and the others where injecting a brown liquid into the serious cased ghouls. You watched like a lion watching its prey. You had your hands clenched tightly. Blanca stood beside you. "I hope this works" she mutters you couldn't speak because you where to concentrated on the doctor's. After they had administrated all the antidotes to them they moved them all into a secured room. Each vaccinated ghoul was in a separate room. Blanca, your mom, and yourself were with Minx. Maybe three hours past so it was like 12:30ish maybe.

"If she wakes up we don't know what she will remember or who she'll be." Is what Dr. Otieku said. since Minx and the others have been out for a couple of weeks we don't know for sure what it did mentally. You where just glad she didn't explode. Ayato walks in and stands behind you. "Hey" you say as you look up from your chair you notice dark bags under his eyes and you know that he was visiting his sister Touka. "You should of slept in." you nag at him. "Eh" he shrugs with his hands in his pockets. "One day your going to suffocate your fingers in your pockets then you'll need robotic fingers." You say as you turn around. You hear Ayato pull his fingers out of his pockets. Which made you smile. "You guys are disgusting." Blanca mumbles. "Whats that suppose to mean?!" you hear Ayato growl as he glared at her. "Oh nothing" Blanca smirks up at him as she turns back to Minx. You notice Minx fingers twitch. Then Minx head slowly moves and then her eyes slowly open. "Minx!" Blanca and you yell and hug her. "Air...mercy help!" She gasps you guys let go quickly. "Whats with you guys?" she moans her voice all groggily "oh my gosh Minx don't ever do that again!" Blanca snaps. "What did I do?" whines Minx. "Minx! your alive!" your mom squeaks "I died?" Minx mumbles as she slowly looks up towards your mother. "Who in cheese sticks are you?" she croaked. Everyone laughed..

After an hour of filling in Minx of what has happened.

"Man...I'm glad I didn't have to go shopping with you" she mumbles "well I had to suffer!" Ayato growls. "You liked it and you know it" you smirk up at him and he glares at you. "I need a mirror..I need to see how I look?" Minx groans as she pokes her arm sluggishly. Ayato went and grabbed a mirror and brought it. Minx's eyes went wide I mean like creepy clown wide. "I look awful!" she gasps..Then she moved her hair over a bit. "Okay I look fine now." You shook your head. "Oh Minx your to funny." You mumble as you rest in your chair. "How do I look guys?" she asks. You wanted to say terrible but you knew that would be rude and I didn't want her to know the truth. "You look-" "terrible" Blanca cuts you off. You look at Blanca jaw opened. "What some one had to tell her one of these days." Blanca states out. Minx laughs quietly. "Gosh I can pass as an old lady.." she mumbles. "No you could pass as a 90 year old." "That's so cruel Blanca" whines Minx. "I'm not wrinkly yet!" Minx blurts. "yeah yet..." Blanca snickers at Minx.

About a week goes on and Minx has moved from bed to a wheel chair. She an almost fully move her legs. All the ghouls where recovering all moving to wheel chairs or to crutches or could finally walk. Minx was slowly working through PT (Physical Therapy). Also new ghouls have been coming to Aogiri either because they want the cure for their groups of ghouls or they are infected and want the treatment. Tatara and Eto made it so that they had to pay a lot of money. You thought you should just give it them but you knew if you did that then there would be no more..You saw Minx wheeling around the halls with Blanca. "Hey trouble maker"you say as you walk up to them. "Trouble maker? mwah? never" Minx says. Minx finally had color in her face. Her hair has grown a lot in just a few weeks. It used to be shoulder length or shorter now its half way down her back. You all went to the cafe in Aogiri. "Man I missed coffee" Minx says as she devours her 10th cup of coffee "your going to be short the rest of your life" you say as you drink your first cup of coffee. "That my friend a fibbling lie well rumor fly..hehe fly" Minx starts mumbling weird things to her self. You see Ayato he was on a three day mission. "Ill be right back." you say as you get up "tell your boyfriend hi for me!" Minx teases you shake your head and run over to Ayato. "Hey!" you say with a smile. "hi" he says in his stupid monotone voice. "How was the mission?" you ask as you lean against the counter watching him pour coffee. "Fine." "Wow aren't you talkative today" you hit his arm and walk back to Minx and Blanca. "Did you love birds have a fight?!" Minx says "Shut up you" you hiss. Blanca and Minx both laugh.

Currently at CCG

All the top dogs of CCG sat around the table. "This is impossible!" snaps one CCG officer. "Those Aogiri trash have made a cure for GV" another continued. "Don't worry my friends I have had good information transferred it is in front of all of you Please do read it." says the one at the end of the table. Everyone picks up a folder and slowly read through the contents. "Are you serious about this!" one shouts standing up. "If it is correct yes..." the end table CCG says as he turns towards a screen and clicks it. "We already have squads forming.." CLICK He clicks a button and a building shows with red X's on it in certain areas. "We finally found it.." a CCG officer gasps. "Our job is to exterminate all Ghouls. no capturing. unless necessary..our objective kill all, find the virus they have and the cure take both destroy the rest." The top CCG says. "No more ghouls" sneered a CCG. "We attack tomorrow...If we take this out then the rest of the groups of ghouls will come out of hiding or flee Japan!" "goodbye scum" speaks a female officer. "The End of Aogiri."

Your POV

You where walking with your mom through the garden. "You should tell him...before its to late" she says out of the blue. "Tell who what?" you ask making her laugh. "Ayato of course." You raise an eye brow. "Like heck I am I don't want to ruin what we already have..and besides he is tired from the mission...he is in a poopy mood." You mutter. "Look with how all this disease and death..you never know how much time you have until its to late...some times its worth taking the risk..if he is worth it you should take a chance..tempt faith once in awhile." she says with a kind smile. you think to your self. He totally is worth everything...I would betray any ghoul for him...You sigh. "I hate how your right" you mumble with frustration. Your mom laughs as she wraps her arm around your shoulders.

Its gotten really late..and you laid on your bed thinking about who else...Ayato...You sigh. "Dang" You slowly get off your bed and walk out into the hallway. Everyone was either in bed or in the lobby playing games or reading. It was 1 am Why is it always 1am when I need Ayato. You knew Ayato wasn't sleeping he doesn't sleep often after a mission. You see a blue haired ghoul walking the away in front of you. "Ayato!" you run up to him. He turned around looking down at you. "I need to..uh...speak to you?" you ask. "Is it important?" he asks with a sigh. "I think so..to me..." you mutter you could see how exhausted he was. You planned to tell him and then force him to go get sleep. You looked around seeing if any ghoul was in the hall way. you sigh then open your mouth. "Uh-huh" he mutters "why is it that your like a brick wall when I try to speak!" you sigh then breath in and let it all out. "Ayato..I wanted to tell you how...these last few weeks have made me see how short our lives can be..and that we don't know when we'll checkout...What I'm saying is that I-"
