Michael looked around and saw nothing but pitch black, so he decided to shoot a tiny ball of energy towards a direction, and he heard a splash as all of a sudden, a pool of water glowed brightly. "Huh, that's odd." Michael went over to the water as he put his hand in it and instantly felt how cold it was, but at the same time, it felt peaceful. "I think I'm supposed to go into the water." Michael took off his clothes, folded them neatly, and finally stepped into the water, hissing as he felt how cold it was. As soon as he went under, he suddenly felt very tired, so he decided to lay back and let it happen.

Michael woke up in a huge field with a nice sunset over the horizon. "Is this my trauma? This doesn't look very traumatic to me." Suddenly, Michael felt a change in the atmosphere just behind his head, so he ducked under it, but he was kneed in the face instead. When he looked up, he saw Scott standing over him. "You know nothing of what I've been through! Dad's house is so nice. Living with Mom is like living with Satan! You have no right to feel like you have it rough! You know nothing of rough!" Michael instantly knew what this was. Michael knew of what was going on between Scott and their mother, how she was physically and mentally abusive. "You have no clue of what I go through living with her! I can't even sleep more than 4 hours because I'm so scared that I'll just get beat again! When I come to Dad's, I pray to whatever God is out there that I don't have to go back! You wouldn't know what it's like to be afraid of even breathing wrong!" Michael winced as he remembered exactly how this conversation went, and his response to it wasn't the best. Even though both of them were just kids at the time, Michael still felt guilty for how he responded in that moment. "Yeah, well I can't help you! I'm with dad so I can't do anything!" Michael winced as he said this, not in control of what he was saying. Suddenly after hearing this, Scott charged at Michael and Michael just closed his eyes, knowing what happens next. Scott started to beat on Michael and yelling at him. "You don't know what Hell is like! You don't know what it's like to be touched by your own mother for her pleasure!" Suddenly Scott stopped as Michael had punched his jaw and knocked him to the ground. "Don't be so weak, you need to toughen up." Michael had always regret what he said, and though Scott forgave him, he still felt horrible. Suddenly, Michael once again found himself punching Scott to the ground once more in a cycle. "Stop being so weak, you need to toughen up." Michael said this over and over again until he started to cry but he was still stuck in a cycle. 'Maybe I'm the one who should toughen up, it takes someone who's strong to walk away, I'm not strong, I'm weak.' Michael kept repeating his actions again and again, with all his actions against Scott now coming to the surface. "Come on Michael, let's go to the creek!" Michael's response was nothing but a punch to his face. "Why would I do something fun with someone who needs me to protect him all the time?" Another memory surfaced. "Mikey, come play with me!" Michaels response was a scoff. "Go play by yourself, idiot." Again. "Why were you ever born?" Again. "Why can't you ever protect yourself!?" Again, again, again, again, again. "JUST MAKE IT STOP!" Finally, there was silence. Michael was panting as the scene from earlier played out, except this time, Michael was trying to gain control. Images of all the times Michael belittled Scott kept replaying in his head until finally, Michael didn't punch Scott, he only fell to the ground crying. "I'm sorry! Please, Scott, I love you bro, forgive me!" Michael reached out to his brother but nothing happened. Once again, a memory flashed in front of him, but instead of hearing it, he only heard his own breathing, and finally, with a yell of frustration, Michael punched the memory, suddenly making contact, cracking it, before it shattered and suddenly Michael felt a weight remove itself from him. "That's not who I am anymore!" Michael punched through another, then another, on and on until he came to the memory that started this whole thing. "Oh but it is who you are, deep down inside, you know it, you're just a scared little child who uses his fists to act strong. You only fight for yourself, you don't care about Scott." Michael didn't speak, he simply kept looking at the floor, not moving an inch. "You say that I'm weak, you're right, I am weak. But you forget one thing, the reason I fight now is for Scott, so that he doesn't get hurt. I said horrible things to him and I can't take them back, but I can move on, for him. So call me weak, but don't you dare say I fight for myself! I was trying to toughen him up the only way I knew how, the way our dad taught me, but I was foolish. I should've helped him with love and guidance instead of violence." Michael clenched his fists as he looked up at the figure, appearing as Scott. "You're a worthless piece of human trash, you won't get anywhere in life, you should've never been born. Those are things you have said to Scott, with venom and worst of all, sincerity. Scott looks at you with nothing but hate!" Michael suddenly grit his teeth. "You're wrong, Scott looks at me with the same admiration that he did when we were kids. Sure, I've said horrible things to him but he forgave me, told me he knew that I didn't mean it. You only showed me bad memories, but you forgot about one thing, Scott is my brother and I love him dearly!" All of a sudden, Michael could hear Scott's voice. "Woah! Michael, you unlocked the thing Craig did! Man, you're so cool!" Michael smiled at the memory. "Michael, do you think I'll ever be as strong as you?" Michael smiled as he said the same thing with himself. "What are you talking about? You're way stronger than I am." Michael smiled at the memory. Finally, Michael could feel a hand on his shoulder, and when he turned around, he saw a beat up Scott. "Hey thanks for the save back there, I would've been toast if you hadn't saved me. Mikey, I know I don't say this a lot, but I love you bro." Michael just looked at Scott and his voice synced up with himself again. "I love you too bro." Michael smiled at the memory as he looked at the figure. "Use all the bad memories you want, I know deep down that Scott has forgiven me and he always will, so I'll only say this once: DON'T EVER THINK YOU KNOW SCOTT, BECAUSE YOU KNOW NOTHING!" As Michael said this, he raised his arm and punched right through the memory, shattering it and he was finally back to the original memory, this time later that night.

"Hey, Scott." Michael said as he walked to Scott's door, knocking gently. "What do you want!?" Michael just said softly. "I'm coming in." Michael walked in and when he saw Scott crying in the corner he walked over to him and said nothing as he pulled him into a hug. "I'm sorry about all the stuff I said to you, I'll leave you alone from now on, I understand if you hate me." Scott just pulled his face from Michael's shoulder as he looked at him. "I don't hate you Mikey, I know you didn't mean any of that stuff. I know that here with Dad isn't the best either, you were just frustrated." Michael sighed as he ruffled Scott's hair. "Yeah, How about we go get some Ice Cream?" Scott laughed as Michael poked his face. "Sure, I get 4 scoops." Michael chuckled. "Sure, dummy." As the memory came to an end, Michael smiled as he suddenly saw a light and was transported back to the Cave. "Huh, well, that's what happens, must be cold." Michael laughed to himself as he got out of the water and powered up quickly to dry off and when he noticed a boulder open up, he walked out there where he saw Master Jamos sitting there drinking what he assumed to be tea. "Ah, Michael, you've finished, and it looks like you're the first done." Michael looked like he was deep in thought before stating. "I'm going to go back in if that's alright." Master Jamos just looked at him. "If that's what you want, but what are you going to do?" Michael walked over to the entrance as he opened it up. "Just meditate and focus my power to be inside my body instead of flowing out unnecessarily." Master Jamos just nodded and when Michael walked away, he hummed, knowing Michael was close to understanding more about his powers.
