Thomas could hardly see a thing but he could see the soft blue glow of the water in the cave, and as he looked at it, it was looking more and more calming. Thomas walked over to the water, and without a moment's hesitation, he jumped in, clothes and all. The first thing Thomas felt was how calming the water was, and as his eyes slowly closed, he took a deep breath and finally drifted into what could only be described as a black inky void.

Thomas opened his eyes to reveal that he wasn't in that black void, but instead he was in some kind of in-between area. "Woah, this is trippy." Thomas could see an afterimage of his hand that stayed for 5 seconds before disappearing. Thomas noticed what looked like an energy sphere and when he walked to it, it got brighter. "All right, let's see what you are, tiny, energy thingy."  Thomas touched it and as soon as his fingers grazed it, he was suddenly slingshotted through a tunnel and when he realized he wasn't moving anymore, he took a look at his surroundings and noticed where he was, he was in a tub. Thomas's eyes widened as he realized that he was in his childhood home. Memories of fights between his mother and father flashed in his vision as he could remember every glass that was shattered, every hole put into the wall, and finally every bloodstain he cleaned off of the wall. Thomas looked over at the shower curtain that had a bunch of monkeys holding bananas and he did what he always did, he held it close to him and just as he had thought, the shower curtain was ripped open as his mother and father were going back and forth with pushes and finally his mom pushed his father into the tub and his father retaliated by grabbing the shower head and bashing his mom over the head with it, before turning towards Thomas with a sad look in his eyes. Thomas crawled out of the tub over to his mother who was knocked unconscious and he tried shaking her awake but she wasn't responding and his father picked Thomas up and took him downstairs. Thomas was screaming and crying for his mother, her gradually going out of view and Thomas's dad took him out to the car before he locked it. "No! Daddy! Please go help Mommy!" Thomas's cries were in vain however as his dad walked back into the house. Thomas unlocked the car door and ran inside as fast as a 6 year old could. Thomas saw his father walk towards the bathroom with a pistol, and when he saw this he ran towards his father and chased him. His dad walked into the bathroom and pointed the gun at his mom, but before he could shoot her, Thomas ran up to his father and bit down on his leg as hard as possible, catching his dad off guard and causing him to misfire the gun and suddenly wake up Thomas's mom who was pumped full of adrenaline and she got up, tackling his dad, causing his dad to drop the gun and fall on top of him, crushing him. Thomas struggled against the weight on top of him but it was no use. Thomas's mom and dad started to wrestle on the floor, moving off of him, but it was obvious that his dad would win. Thomas didn't know what to do, so he grabbed his father's pistol and huddled in the corner. "You little sh- Aghhh! Damn you woman!" Thomas's mom bit his dad and he punched her in the face, causing her to be knocked unconscious once again. "Tommy, give daddy his gun back okay bud?" His dad was slowly approaching and once he was close enough, he lunged at Thomas but as Thomas screamed out, he pulled the trigger, and all he heard was a loud bang and his ears were ringing. Thomas dropped the gun and cried as he watched his dad fall onto his face, a fresh bullet hole in his chest. Thomas's dad coughed up blood and tried to crawl over to the pistol but he wasn't able to make it before his body gave out, dying right in front of Thomas.

Suddenly, everything went black as Thomas once again opened his eyes in the tub. Over and over again, he killed his dad, every time he did it, his mom stared blankly at him and said nothing. Eventually Thomas's body was doing everything on its own and Thomas was curled into a ball, crying, being forced to watch the scene over and over. Thomas couldn't seem to break the loop, but something within him told him to keep going. Eventually, something was different, on loop 347, Thomas noticed that he wasn't in the tub anymore, but he was in fact in his room, this time his father walked into his room, with a bullet hole in his chest. "You killed me son, why did you kill me?" Thomas was scared as he stared into his father's gray, lifeless eyes. "I ASKED YOU A QUESTION!" Suddenly his father's voice was deep and gritty. Thomas's "dad" was joined by his mom. "You killed your father, you're worthless, nothing, you're a disappointment." All that Thomas could hear was 'Failure, disappointment, worthless, disgusting'. Thomas couldn't bear it anymore as he yelled out. "Craig I wish you were here, you'd know what to do, I'm not good enough to figure it out myself, you're the one who knows what to do." Suddenly within the hurtful words, Thomas could hear something else. 'Failure, disappointment, worthless, disgusting, Amazing'. Thomas heard Craig's voice, very slightly. Thomas opened his eyes as he saw his parents, but they didn't look as scary this time. "Craig, please, help me." Once more, Thomas's parents, were a little more quiet and he could see Craig a little more as well. "Craig, I can't do it alone." Craig was starting to become more prominent and his parents were starting to fade away almost completely. Finally Thomas realized something, it's okay get help from others, sometimes it may be needed. When Thomas fully realized this, he took a deep breath as he smiled. "Craig, Michael, Scott, I need your guys' help. Instantly, his parents disappeared and there stood Craig, Michael, and Scott. Thomas smiled and noticed that cracks started to appear in the dark void, letting in light. HIs friends smiled at him as they all pointed towards something. When Thomas turned around to look, he saw his younger self, crying. When Thomas gave his friends one last look, they weren't there, but he knew that they'd always be there for him. Thomas walked towards his younger self and as the void started to crumble, he sat down next to him. "Hey, I know that things may seem hopeless, and you might even feel like you're all alone, but always remember that our friends will always be by our side." Thomas stood up and outstretched his hand towards his younger self. "Come on, let's go be there for our friends." Thomas said with a smile as his younger self looked up and wiped his eyes, smiled, and took his hand, and disappeared as Thomas noticed the void had fully crumbled and all that was left was a hallway. Thomas smirked as he gave a quick look back before turning and walking towards the doorway at the end of the hallway. "Thanks for the help guys, I'll make sure not to let you down ever again." Thomas walked through the doorway and as he did, everything went white and not too long after, he woke up in the water once more. Thomas swam up to the surface and as he climbed out of the water, he powered up to dry himself off. Looking off to his left, he saw that the entrance had opened and when he walked out he noticed Master Jamos drinking something.

Master Jamos set his cup down and looked over at Thomas. "So my boy, how was it?" Thomas just smiled, which caught Master Jamos' eye. "It went well, I realized that everyone will always be there for me when I truly need them. Speaking of everyone, where are they?" Master Jamos just sipped his tea as he spoke. "Michael was the first one out but he went back in for additional insight. You're the second one to be done, I have a feeling Scott will be up next." Thomas's hair stood up on end as he could feel Craig. "Woah, is that Craig's energy? It's never this calm, it's giving me goosebumps." Master Jamos just chuckled. "Yes, Craig has a lot to work through, more self doubt than anything. Oh did you notice that you are now more in tune with your spirit? Go on, form a normal ball of energy." Thomas looked a little confused but did as he was told, he faced his palm upwards and formed a small energy ball, except it wasn't small, it was almost the size of a basketball. "Woah! That's huge! This was supposed to be a small one!" Thomas let the energy dissipate as Master Jamos chuckled. "Welp, all that's left to do now is wait for the others. Can I have some tea?" Master Jamos handed him a cup and Thomas sipped it, noticing Scott's energy start to swirl up and knew he was about ready to come out. Thomas smirked as he could feel how much more in tune everybody was and as he set his cup down, that's when Thomas could feel Scott's energy rise, knowing he was about to leave, and once more, he smiled.
