𝐈𝐓 𝐇𝐀𝐃 𝐁𝐄𝐄𝐍 a few days since Tom and Luz had a genuine conversation. They still saw each other and said hi every so often. It hurt Tom's heart a lot to see her get closer with Bill.
Tom called Luz on her phone to ask her to meet up.
𝐁𝐑𝐑𝐑𝐑𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐍𝐍𝐍𝐍𝐆𝐆𝐆𝐆𝐆𝐆
"Hello?"
"Hey, its's Tom"
"Oh, hi! Do you need something?"
Luz dreamed this day would come. She had been praying that he'd call her or even talk to her. She missed the boy. A lot. Everytime she went to see Bill, she talked about how much she missed Tom. He was everything she wanted. Bill always offered to get them to talk to each other but she always declined.
"Yeah actually, do you mind coming over? I wanted to talk to you about something." he said over the line.
Luz squealed in excitement but not loud to where Tom could hear her.
"Yeah, I'm on my way! I'll be there in a bit!" the excited girl said to the boy on the other line.
Tom felt relieved he could talk to Luz again. He dearly missed her. Everything he did reminded of her. The sunset, the trees, the cats, everything. __________________________________
𝐑𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐈𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐆𝐆
Luz rung the doorbell at the twins house. Even if she was there everyday, she still respected the house.
Tom opened the door and motioned her to follow him.
The two went into his bedroom to talk about the situation that happened a few days prior.
"Bill told me about how you felt that Friday night, and I just wanted to apologize for how I acted that night. I shouldn't have rubbed it in your face and you have every right to be mad at me." he apologized looking straight at her the entire time.
Nobody had ever treated Luz like this. Whenever she got her heart broken, they'd ignore her and move on with their lives.
She hugged him tightly and the boy jumped for it being so unexpected. He immediately hugged her back though missing her touch and warmth.
"I'm also sorry for leaving you in the dust like that. It was inappropriate of me and I should've explained it to you instead of Bill." she said while looking at the floor.
He lifted her chin (heartbreaker rizz) and looked into her eyes for a bit. She turned away in embarrasment and he laughed. The boy thought how cute she looked when she was embarrassed.
