𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐍𝐄𝐗𝐓 𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 Luz found herself being wrapped around someone's arms. It didn't take long for her to remember that she stayed with the twins. She left from his arms and smiled watching Tom sleep. He was such a pretty sleeper.
She walked into the kitchen and saw Bill, Gustav, and Georg all sitting together at the table.
"Hello sleeping beauty" joked Gustav.
"Haha." she said sarcastically.
"What's wrong? I thought you and your little boyfriend had a great time last night hanging out without me?" Bill asked in a sarcastic way.
"We did, but Tom kicks a lot in his sleep and i'm positive I have bruises all over my legs now." Luz stated while looking for something to eat.
The kitchen was empty. It was like nobody lived here.
"Where are all your groceries? What do you even eat?" she asked searching every cabinet.
"We don't eat food from home very often, we just grab something to eat and take it here" Georg said.
"This is not okay, I'm going grocery shopping and we're ALL going." said Luz walking into Tom's room.
By the time she had walked in, he was awake. He was just laying in bed taking a breather.
"Wake up sleepyhead" she said pushing him awake.
"I'm awake"
"We're going grocery shopping because you literally have nothing in this house, start getting ready" Luz said before walking out of his room.
"Isn't it Monday?" he asked rubbing his eyes.
"Yeah but I care more about your wellbeing than being in so dumbasses classroom." she told him before leaving.
She treated them all like children, whenever they did something wrong she scolded them. Sometimes Tom called mom in a sarcastic manner and she did not appreciate. Tom thought it was cute of her to care about the group.
"You guys ready to go?" she yelled out standing by the front door.
"Coming!" __________________________________
𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐆𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐄𝐑𝐘 𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐄 was like home to Luz. She loved food shopping because it was just so fun to do. They headed to the vegetable/fruit area first and started looking.
"Where are the carrots..?" she said squinting at each row of veggies.
"I found cucumbers!" Tom said before doing a dirty jester to the group.
Luz smacked him on the head before saying "Stop it, we are in public!"
"Sorry mom" he said rolling his eyes.
Next aisle was easy to cook foods like pasta, ramen, rice, and more.
They made their way to the deli area and began looking for meats and cheeses.
"Bill you get bread, Georg gets cheese, and me, Gustav, and Tom will look at the deli"
"Ma'am yes ma'am!" Georg said before marching away like a soldier.
Everyone got what they needed and they headed into the snack aisle.
"I thought this was the snack aisle?" said Tom while rubbing his chin.
"It is, what are you talking about?"
"Why aren't you in here then?" he said before running to her and picking her up.
"TOM LET ME GO YOU'RE GOING TO DROP ME AND IM GONNA FALL ON THE FLOOR!" Luz shrieked while trying to get out of his arms.
And Luz was right. He dropped her on the floor in the middle of the aisle. In public too.
"Luz, are you okay?" Bill asked pulling her up and hugging her.
"I fell on my back" she said rubbing her back and groaning.
"Luz i'm so so so so so sorry about that, I didn't mean to drop you." Tom comforted her and held her close.
"Let's just go back to shopping. When we get back home, I'm going to sleep." she mumbled under her breath while pushing the cart.
Bill pinched Tom on the arm and scolded him in German. She didn't speak it well but understood most of it. It was faint so she couldn't hear it but she only heard the curse words.
"Du Scheiße, du hast sie fallen lassen und sie hat es dir gesagt, aber du hast nicht einmal zugehört!" Bill whispered in his ear. (You fuck, you dropped her and she told you, but you didn't even listen!)
Tom replied back, also whispering. "Es tut mir Leid! Ich dachte nicht, dass sie wirklich fallen würde." (I'm sorry! I didn't think she'd actually fall.)
"Ich hätte ihr den Rücken auf andere Weise brechen können.." he snickered before getting pinched again. (I could have broken her back in other ways..)
The group finished getting everything and paid before heading home. __________________________________
𝐎𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐖𝐀𝐘 𝐇𝐎𝐌𝐄 was a living nightmare. A pair of twins yelling and singing, a road raging Georg, a quiet Gustav was something common in the car rides. Tom sang in Luz's face trying to get her to sing but she declined.
Once they got home, the unloaded the car and pjt everything away inside the kitchen. The kitchen was finally finished and actually looked normal. It looked like people really did live here.
"I'm going to bed, I'm so tired of all you." Luz said under her breath.
She walked into Tom's room and flopped on his bed like a trampoline. She tucked herself in under the covers and started falling asleep.
She heard the door open and heard a sigh before feeling Tom jump on the bed. He probably thought she was asleep so she stayed still. He started screaming into his pillow like Regina George.
Luz bursted out laughing and Tom sat there with his mouth wide open.
"You were awake the whole time?" he asked while covering his face.
"Yup and I enjoyed every second of it." she said trying to contain her laugh.
He tackled her and they started play fighting like little kids.
"Get off me you ogre, I wanna sleep!" she yelled laughing.
He got off of her and laughed for a bit. He loved her laugh, it wasn't like other laughs. It wasn't "hehe" or "haha". More like "hyun hyun hyun hyun".
"I'm tired so i'm gonna go to sleep, are you going to stay?" she asked
"I'll stay with you" he replied back with a comforting smile. Something she loved to see.
"Goodnight Tom" she said before kissing him on the lips instead of the cheeks like last time. It was very unexpected but he enjoyed it. When was the next time a girl like her would step into his life? __________________________________
