At school Riley met Lucas at his locker. They decided to walk to class together. All that's ever said is "5/23/15." Lucas understood Riley's statement. He smiled and sat down.

"Here."
"Maya Hart."

"Andrew Kelly."
"Here."
"...Riley Matthews."

"Farkle Minkus."
"Here."

"Taylor Yett?"
Taylor walks in. "I'm here sir. Sorry. My flight from Texas got delayed."
"Texas?" Lucas turns around. "Tay Yetty?" Lucas is stunned. He cant believe what he sees.
"Lucas Friar. I wondered what happened to you."
"I was hoping I'd never have to see you again."
"Wait, you two know each other?" Riley asked oh so innocently.
Tay grins. "Yes, cutie. We were great cowboy buds."
Maya hops in. "Cowboy buds? Yee- haw buckaroo."Riley and Maya laugh. Lucas doesn't budge.
"Alright class let's turn your attention back to the front. Tay, take a seat behind Mr. Friar please." Stated Mr. Clarkson.
