The Cafe.

Lucas' POV
I pick Riley up at 8. On the dot. She was so happy to see me, I think I blushed, a little, ok a lot. And I was speechless. She's so pretty. Plus she looks out of this world. Wow.
"I can't believe you'd go through all this trouble just for me." Riley says as we step up onto a white horse. I pull her up.
"You're my princess," I turn around and put a crown on her head. "Remember?" I smile. Still amazed. I see her cheeks turn red as a turn back around. She puts her head in my back. Just like she did when I won President of the class. It feels so right.
We ride to the cafe in silence but in pleasure. The night sky rising, the sun setting, it's so pretty. It reminds me of the girl behind me, with her head rested on my back.
When we get to the cafe, I hop down and let the princess hop on my back. The horse Neighs. This night will be perfect.
As we sit down I see these guys checking Riley out, I mean I can't blame them, but I'm not gonna let them play with her. I decide to keep an eye on them.
Riley and I order soon after we arrive. We get to talking. We have such great conversations. I now know so much about her that I never knew. And I hope she knows more about me. I tell her I have to go to the bathroom, but truthfully I just want to go win her a teddy bear from the arcade.
After 50 tries and 20 bucks, I finally win a teddy bear, but she's worth it. When I come back I see those boys. Walking up to Riley. I hurry over to our table. Luckily I make it there before them. But that doesn't help. They each slide in next to her. One on each side, so getto.
"Hey, babe." One of them says.
"Babe?" I question.
"Yes, babe." The other one says.
"I'm not your babe," Riley motions them away.
"She's mine." I smile at this thought. "And she's here with me, so move out." That just makes the boys scoot in tighter. Luckily I see Farkle walk in.
"Hey Farkle." I motion him over and I see Riley sigh in relief. I see Farkle walk over. "Help us out with these dweebs."
Farkle gives this big speech about how much he cares about Riley. Wow I should've done that. But I join in at the end.
"That's how much she means to us. So back off." I clench my fist but they don't budge. Then Farkle pulls out a tarantula and even I jump. But they run away screaming.
"So what are you two doing here?" Farkle asks.
