chapter 7

You were looking at the moon in the balcony. You just finished washing the dishes and decided to admire the moon, to forget about the problems even for just a second. The moon always amazed you. It just radiates comfort; the way it shines in the darkest hours of the day, the way it protects earth, the way it "follows" us when we're in a car. You were lost in admiring the moon hence you didn't feel Steve putting his jacket around you. He touched your hand to signal his presence so you won't get scared from suddenly seeing him. "Oh, hi." You smiled at him. "Hey. What's on your mind?" Steve asked. You shook your head with a smile. "I was just admiring the moon, trying to be distracted by..well, all of this." He nodded and smiled. You turned your head to the moon but Steve was looking at you. "She's beautiful, isn't she?" You said about the moon. "Yes, yes she is." Steve answered. "Ah sorry to interrupt but um Y/n can you help? My injury is bleeding." Wanda stated. Your eyes widened a little for a moment, you gave Steve his jacket back and took Wanda's hand in you. When you left to take care of Wanda, Steve let out a sigh.

Bucky was searching for literally anything he can find about Natasha and her men. "Hmm, maybe i can find something on dark web? Meh, don't wanna get Steve in trouble." Bucky closed the laptop with a sigh and threw his head back. He decided to have a drink so he went to the kitchen where he found you and Steve drinking tea together. You looked up to him. He looked tired. "Are you okay?" He shrugged. "I was looking for information about them but didn't go too deep to not get you into shit." He pointed at Steve and let out a little chuckle. Steve laughed and said "Very thoughtful of you, thanks." You smiled and chuckled. It felt so warm right now. As if you're all a small family. You tried not to think about forced marriage, Natasha and just enjoy the moment.
