Hold it! >:3c

Ya really thought that I was done with this one?

Tbh me too... Like I already have a new lawyer au made and ready to face the world with... :'3

I am contemplating if I should turn it into a big project after pttw is done... I would like to hear your opinions on it. Like no plot explanation beforehand, no hints, only the fact that it's a proper mild Ace Attorney crossover and it's not this oneshot.

But then I decided to give this one a bit of more Spotlight... Specifically leaning more onto the lil duckling.

The lil bby only got like what? A few rows of text? Unfair U-U9

Also, they are funny guys :3c

But since that was an ace attorney-esque plot under disguise, I guess the jig is up... :'3

But that ain't meanin I can't explore something new. >:3c

So plot? Yep, plot: Exams come and go. What is left behind them is always a mess. Sebek was surprised he managed to get through them with all his new responsabilities, bless Riddle's tutoring. Yet still, as much as he would like to think he was done with defending people, the court calls yet again for his presence.

Now onto the adventure!

Title:

Sebek would've liked to brag about his treasure hunt adventure to wakasama, but seeing how the latter sure had some interesting journey along Jack and also the fact that Sebek would have to keep his mouth shut until the news about the trial are officially published, he considered that his little story was unworthy of wakasama's attention and leaved it at that.

Now that he was to think about it, after the treasure hunt, not many partnerships bloomed into friendships. He knew a Scarabia student, he shares class with, still keeps in very close touch with an Ignihyde senior. He didn't really paid too much mind at Ace and Deuce, nor at Epel, who seemed to ditch any effort of learning for the exams.

Jack tho, Sebek kept a close eye onto. It seems like Malleus didn't want this specific friendship to fade. And while Sebek appreciated the fact that Wakasama is so kind and cherishing of such platonic relationship, he would have appreciated it more if Jack didn't forbid to wakasama the Savanaclaw dorm as meeting place.

As for him?

"Look... If you want to use this theory in this problem, you need first to divide the whole thing, then count and take away the extras... It's best you get to an undivisible equation first..." Riddle mused as he pointed exactly where he noticed Sebek's struggle.

Pen leaving a slim trail of ink on the paper, Sebek wrote down as it was explained. It didn't take much until the bigger numbers became small and simpler to manage. "See? It wasn't that hard, now?" The redhead smiled.

Chirp! Chirp!

Sebek exhaled as the little duckling was waddling onto the table, towards him. Still the small animal was eager onto following Sebek everywhere, no matter the struggle or obstacle. School days were very tiring and Trein's class turned into a horror film with Lucius as the main antagonist.

Riddle only hummed, although his tail had was swinging slightly. He couldn't really hide it, he liked the duck. The duck was exactly what brought the 2 together more easily and gave to Riddle the excuse for studying with someone else.

Someone who at least doesn't try to cheat on exams... Like a certain pair of Heartslabyul students.

"Maybe we should take a break... Noting is going to stick with us if we press it too much..." The redhead suggested. Sebek only hummed, grabbing the duckling off the table. They were in the Heartslabyul gardens, in a more quiet aera, studying at a cup of tea.
