With all the injuries that have happened in the squad, the armband has been passed to me for the rest of the season.

It's currently match day against Leicester at home.

I walked into the changing rooms and went straight over to my cubby, saying hello to all the girls that were in the changing rooms.
I had my training kit on and was just about to get my boots on when someone came up and hugged me from behind, that someone being Leah.
"Hello Leah" I smiled turning around
"Hey babe" Leah smirked knowing I hate pet names used on me
"Leah" I warned
"Sorry al" Leah laughed

We all ran out for pre match training, while the injured girls hung around the dug out talking and watching us.

"Heads!" I shouted as my long ball, which was meant for frida, went firing into the injured groups huddle.

"I actually hate you" Leah said laughing as I went to collect the ball from them.

Leah smacked me in my shoulder which made the fans around us laugh even harder.

I blasted the ball back to frida and carried on with the pre match training.

"Arsenal!" We shouted before leaving the changing rooms.

As Leah walked past me in the line I quickly kissed her cheek, she turned to face who kissed her cheek about to kick off when she saw it was me.

I sent her a wink before walking the team out to the pitch.

" Girls! We have been unlucky with the injuries this season but that doesn't mean anything okay, we are still better then most of the top teams with half of our team missing! Let's prove those people who are saying we can't get anything else out of this season wrong! Come on arsenal!" I said in the team huddle on the pitch.

I ran over to the heads or tails toss, winning it but with our tactics we them to kick off so we could pin them in so I gave it to them.

"Come on arsenal!" I shouted as the match began.

Katie was running into the box with the box when one of the Leicester players took her legs

"Ay ref!" I shouted from midfield

The ref blew her whistle and pointed to the spot

I clapped and then got the ball and acted like I was taking it so I could get all the Leicester players trying to put me off

"I know where your going" the goalie came up to me
"I'm going bottom right corner" I winked at her

Once the ref had gotten everyone out of the box, I passed the ball to Katie and then turned to the keeper shrugged and winked and then ran off hearing the fans laugh.

Durning pens I was told to be on the halfway line, as I was running back I looked over at Leah and winked at her, she shook her head and laughed.

Missed. Katie missed it.
I knew it would have gotten in her head.

A few minutes after the pen one of the Leicester girls went down so I ran over to Katie.

"Don't let it get into your head, they don't all go in" I smiled at her
"Thanks al" Katie tapper my back running off the get some water.

Half time - 0-0

Jonas gave us some supportive advice at halftime
Telling us we were doing everything right and eventually it will come
Once Jonas finished I talked
"I agree with Jonas! We have been good first half, we just need to get more shots off! Play the arsenal way and we will be fine" I smiled at the girls
They all clapped and made there way out for second half

"Yes Stina" I shouted
Stina passed the ball to me and I saw frida making a run
I pinged it over to heads of the defence line and into the feet of frida
The keeper closed her down well and smoothly collected the ball after fridas unlucky touch.

"Keep this up Arsenal" i shouted clapping my hands.

I tackle one of the Leicester players and played the ball off.

The player didn't like the tackle I did on her and turned around and started to shout at me
"Would you shut the fuck up man, your embarrassing yourself honestly" I laughed
"That was such a dirty tackle" she said making me laugh
"If that was dirty then what was the two foot slide tackle you literally did to my team mate?" I asked her
"Walk away" the girl said
I bent over and laughed
"Who do you think you are?" I asked her
By now the match had stopped and a few of the girls were trying to break it up
"I could snap you easily little girl" I said to the Leicester city player before getting pulled away from Lia

I walked past the dug out and looked past it to see the injured girls sitting there "calm" Leah mouthed to me. 

"Fridaaaaaaa!!!" I shouted running and jumping on top of her
"Goatttt" I shouted climbing off her
Frida scored a scream from outside the box
The girls and the fans went crazy

It was nearing the end of the match when Steph had to be taken off.
I dropped back into the 3 back while Lotte when it Steph position.

10 minutes! That's how much was added on
"Our luck" I laughed talking to rafa
Rafa shock her head and laugh

"Ay lovely frida, take them every day of the week" I shouted over to frida as she got a yellow card for time wasting.
"What the fuck" the Leicester player next to me said
I turned to face her
"Was i talking to you?" I asked her
"No but I am" she snapped back
"I was just congratulating my friend on time wasting" I shrugged winding her up
The ref came over and gave me a yellow, to which a shrugged about and put my thumbs up
I turned and looked around the stadium, my eyes landing on the injured group who were laughing at my reactions.

Full time 1-0 arsenal

I walked around shaking the other teams hands before getting in the group huddle
Once that was finished we went round signing things and then headed into the changing rooms

Leah wanted to stay over at mine tonight so I let her
We arrived back at mine, I hopped in the shower and Leah changed into some of my clothes.
Once showered and dressed I had downstairs and walked into the kitchen
"I was gonna put that jumper on but you've nicked it" I laughed walking passed Leah
"Shame isn't it" Leah said very sarcastically
I shock my head before turning the music on and making dinner for us
"Your two different people arnt you" Leah said looking at me as I cooked
"On the pitch your hard as nails but in real life your a softie" Leah laughed
"Don't tell anyone, gotta keep up the figure" I joked
"Secret safe with me" Leah said.....
