Everything was fine with Diluc and Kaeya until ... That Night, everything changed .. After Diluc went missing for 4 years, Kaeya had been completely drained and full with stressed. I mean.. who wouldn't feel that way after losing your only family member that left and abondoned you ?. (Maybe some ppl)

After Diluc came back, he was expecting kaeya to hug him or, show how much he missed him. However.. kaeya was, distant.. Diluc was quite shocked since.. before, anytime they'd go or get into a fight Kaeya would always cry or beg for dilucs forgiveness or even try cheer him up even if it's Diluc's fault, so his reaction is very surprising to Diluc but.. I guess that reaction is normal for someone who just got abondoned by their own brother..

Usually Kaeya goes to Angel Shares every night (their legal age is 14 I think ?) But Diluc noticed that.. all of the things kaeya used to like and do.. he just stopped doing them.. Diluc then wanted to have a small conversation with his old friend Jean, so he went to the Knights of Favonious. "Jean, it's been a while."-Diluc, "D..diluc.. your back.."-Jean smiled, "I know this is a bit awkward to explain about my disappearance but, do you know why kaeya is acting so.. strange..?"-Diluc asked, "well.. after your diappearance, he's been.. distant from everyone and, is very secretive about everything.."-Jean, "... It's my fault, isn't it ?."-Diluc, "no.. don't say tha-"-Jean got cut off by Diluc- "no. I'm his older brother.. I should've taken better responsibility. Just.. let me deal with this."-Diluc stated, "I..- ... Just do what you need to do, none of this is my business but.. I'm worried about you guys.. if you need anything, just.. ask me, please.."-Jean said worryingly. Diluc didn't say anything and just went.

"The time, is about to arrive."

Diluc asked some locals on where Kaeya lived since.. it's obvious that he doesn't live at Dawn Winery anymore. After asking some friendly locals, Diluc got the address and went to talk to Kaeya.

Diluc went to Kaeyas place

"*Knock* Kaeya ? It's me.. Diluc, I.. need to talk to you.. please let me in.."-Diluc knocked desperately at the door. The door opens as Diluc saw Kaeya, he was so.. different.. "Kaeya..- you look-"-Diluc was cut off, "how.. did you get my address."-kaeya said in a cold tone. "That.. that doesn't matter.. I-"-Diluc, "no. I don't want to hear it. Get out. Now."-kaeya, Diluc was quite stunned, but kaeya slammed the door at his face. However, when Kaeya slammed the door, Diluc saw a guy.. a guy with blonde hair and.. a weird.. blueish black mask at his left eye..? (Idk which side) weird.. if kaeya distanced himself away from everyone, then.. why is there a guy in his house..? Diluc had to find out.

"Jean, I'm telling you! There was a man!"-Diluc exclaimed, "*sigh* ok Master Diluc.. maybe if Kaeya did have a strange looking man in his house, doesn't mean anything. I mean, it could just be his boyfriend or something.. maybe that's why he's been so distant."-Jean sighed, "no. Kaeya doesn't like anyone, he wouldn't like anyone. I know him. That man in his house is doing something strange with Kaeya... Their planning something Jean I'm telling you.!"-Diluc, "Listen Master Diluc, We can't do anything. You guys aren't 'brothers' anymore."-Lisa exclaimed.

Diluc just can't accept that their not exactly brothers anymore.. he still wanted to look after kaeya like an older brother :3

Recently some monsters have been getting closer to Mondstand, not only hilachruls but some knights caught some abyss mages too. When things were tough, kaeya suddenly... Quit his job ?! "W--what ?! Are you serious..!!?"-Jean, "no way ! You can't be quitting..!"-Amber, "w..what.."-Lisa. "I'm quitting, and no matter what you say I've made up my mind. I won't be returning."-kaeyas voice ran cold, the news spread quickly and everyone was talking about it.. Eventually, it even got to Diluc (obvi) "what.. he quit..?! No.. there's no way..."-Diluc stuttered. How could Kaeya quit ?! Especially at this time..

After a month of the news of Kaeya quitting, something unexpected happened.

"Kaeya..?"

"No.. there's too many monsters..!"

Something bad is happening.

Everyone was screaming, there were monsters everywhere.. abyss mages, hilachruls, milachruls, lawachruls, abyss heralds and abyss lectors..?! But most importantly, the bodyguard/knight, and the prince.

There was an army of monsters.

A strange man named "Dainslief" has been protecting the leader/prince.

Kaeya.

"Dainslief, tell me is the plan going according.?"-Kaeya,

"Yes it is, my prince."-Dainslief

"Kaeya.. is the leader of the abyss and the prince..?!"-Amber, "all this time.. he was lying under our noses."-Lisa, "no..no.. he told me he was just a spy.."-Diluc. Everyone turned to Diluc and stared at him, "so you knew about this, and didn't tell us..??!"-Amber yelled, Diluc didn't say a word as he was too focused on Kaeya. How could do this..?

"Dain, finish them."-Kaeya ordered. "Of course."-Dainslief, it was too late, Mondstand fell in flames and terror. There were some survivors at least, but for now Mondstand...

Is a fallen nation.

What happened to Diluc and the rest ? Fortunately, they were kept as prisoners. However, Kaeya isn't planning to let them go anytime soon.. or maybe.. he might not let them go.. forever.

Especially his older brother, Diluc. (:3)
