No matter when a cheerless cloud follows,

No matter the rain it shall lash.

I'd say... always have hope.

No matter the broken hearts and lies,

No matter that pain inside your chest.

No matter the shakes of sobs and cries.

No matter the stack of bills,

No matter the money you crave.

No matter your stress and pills.

No matter your bones that show,

No matter your limps that do ache.

No matter your cough and your woe.

I'd say... always have hope.

No matter the illness that spreads,

No matter that pest inside you.

No matter the tears that they shed.

I'd say... always have hope.

No matter the loneliness that is loud,

No matter the vile hurt in that empty space.

No matter your bitterness in a crowd.

I'd say... always have hope.

No matter the foul curses spoken,

No matter what contempt they will feed.

No matter the rules that are broken.

No matter the fear that is a seed.

No matter if it flourishes in growth,

No matter - it is only a weed.

When all is not righteous and you simply cannot cope,
