"Isagi Yoichi, who won the game's set. Congratulations!" Ness exclaimed. "As for the loser, Chigiri Hyouma owes Isagi Yoichi 100,000 yen in debt, please pay by the end of the month" Ness dictated.
"No need, I'll pay here and now" Chigiri exclaimed as he pulled out his bag and dunked all the money from his bag on the table. "100,00 yen in cash" Chigiri muttered as Ness counted the amounts of money on the table, Ness then let out a smile and said "Consider it paid" Ness exclaimed.
Kaiser then lets out a laugh before saying "I'm impressed. Chigiri Hyouma, a consecutive gambler who was defeated by a compulsive gambler himself, Isagi Yoichi" Kaiser smirked.
"I'm impressed Yoichi" Kaiser smirked. Isagi was uncomfortable when Kaiser spoke that way as the school bells could be heard across the room, Kaiser stood up from his seat and clap his hand two times and said "Alright everybody, school's over, head down to your gambling den and starts some chaos" Kaiser ordered them as the student councils stood up from their sit and bowed down to each other and left the room as well as me and Chigiri, when suddenly,
"Except you Isagi Yoichi, Ness could you leave us for a moment? i would like a private chat with Isagi" Kaiser ordered. Ness smiled and said "As you wish Kaiser" Ness exclaimed as he leaves the room with me and Kaiser left behind.
The room went silent as the president lays his eyes on me, I gulped as the president walked to towards me, my body refuses to move as the president came closer to me. "Tell me Yoichi, was is it like when gambling with someone? Do you feel nervous? Anxious and worried what would happen if you lose the game? Tell me" Kaiser asked me.
"I beg your pardon...? I asked as I turned my attention to him. "There's going to be an annual gambling event tomorrow's night and I expect you to participate in along with Chigiri Hyouma and Bachira meguru, tomorrow's game will consist three games and as for the loser will pay up their debt by the end of the week" Kaiser explained.
"An Annual gambling event starting tomorrow?" I asked anxiously. "My My~ You're a curious one aren't you?" Kaiser smirked. "I'll answer if you answer mine" Kaiser was closed to my face. "I feel..." I muttered.
"I feel thrilled watching those poor gamblers face when facing great threats in their way, I just wanted nothing more than seeing the looks on their face, seeing other gamblers losing a game is just so thrilled towards me. " I exclaimed.
When I snap back to reality, I flinched and said "Wait...What did I say...? Shit! I went too far!" I exclaimed in my head. "Now that's the type of gambler I wanted to defeat" Kaiser exclaimed. "I beg your pardon...?" I muttered.
"Let's make a deal Yoichi if you and your friends manage to win the gambling event tomorrow, you'll have access to the student council's gambling den and you can challenge them WHENEVER you like" Kaiser exclaimed. "Does that increase your obsession with gambling?" Kaiser smirked.
Isagi's POV:
"Annual gambling event...? Challenge the student councils...? Isn't this just...so Thrilling. I can finally see the students face when they lose gambling with me. Isn't it wonderful?" I replied my head,
"So what do you say? You in?" Kaiser asked me. I let out a smirk and said "I'm in" I replied back before leaving the student council room. As I left the student council room, I saw Chigiri waiting for me in the school hallway along with Bachira. Bachira waved at me and shouted "Isagii! Look at this!" Bachira exclaimed as he pulls out a flyer.
I raised an eyebrow and said "What's that?" I asked. "It's the school annual gambling event tomorrow's night. Let me guess, Kaiser wants you to participate right?" Chigiri questioned me. "Yeah, how did you know?" I asked.
"Just a guess nothing more" Chigiri muttered. "Since Isagi is going to join so am I" Bachira rejoiced. I let out a laugh and said "How about you Chigiri? You in?" I asked. Chigiri let out a smile and said "I'm in" Chigiri replied.
"Yay!" Bachira exclaimed. "So, what games are we playin' tomorrow?" I asked. "Don't know, let's wait tomorrow night" Chigiri muttered.
I smiled and left the school with them, "Say Isagi, are your parents home tonight?" Chigiri asked me. "No not really" I muttered. "There's a nearby convenience store just up behead, let's go and eat there" Bachira insisted.
"Come on!" Bachira exclaimed as he grabs Chigiri's arm as well as mine, "Slow down will you" Chigiri exclaimed, I let out a smile and laugh. When suddenly, a light suddenly flashed opened, I looked at it and was amazed, 'Hey guys, check this out" I muttered as I stop, Chigiri and Bachira looked at me and asked "What's wrong Isagi?" Chigiri asked me, Bachira points out his hand and said "Look at that!" Bachira exclaimed.

The three of us were amazed as the wind's cold air brushed up towards us, "Amazing, I never knew that the city's so beautiful" Chigiri muttered. "Chigiri, Bachira. Let's win tomorrow's gambling event" I exclaimed.
"Yeah" Both muttered. "By the way, where's Kira? I haven't seen him in a while now" I muttered. "Kira's been expel" Chigiri calmly explained. "Expel..?" I asked. "Didn't you hear what Ness-Sama told Kira a few days ago, if he cannot pay his debt by the end of the month, you'll be expel" Chigiri muttered.
"It's not end of the month yet though...." I muttered. "I meant end of the week, yeah" Chigiri replied back. I stayed quiet for a while meanwhile Bachira was on the back confused. "Well since your parents are out tonight, wanna head to my house instead?" Bachira inquired.
"No thanks, my parents are arriving at exactly 8pm in the evening" I dictated. "Oh man..." Bachira muttered. "Come on, we're participating tomorrow's game are we not? let's have a good night sleep tonight" Chigiri insisted. "Yeah, let's go" I muttered.
