"Let us introduce ourselves" The president exclaimed as the rest of the student council stood up from their seats and introduced themselves. "My name is Sae Itoshi, Student Council Vice-President" Sae exclaimed as he took his seat.
"My name is Alexis Ness, student council secretary, nice to meet you" Alexis exclaimed as he took his seat. "Greetings my name is Yukimiya Kenyu, student council treasure" Yukimiya greeted us with a smile before taking his seat. "Student Council Representative., Rin Itoshi" Rin greeted us with cold tone.
"Names Shidou Ryusie, Student Council enforcer, nice to fuckin' meet you" Shidou exclaimed before letting out a psychotic laugh, and lastly.
"Greetings First-years, my name is Michael Kaiser, Student Council President, I'm looking forward to your match Chigiri Hyouma and Isagi Yoichi" Kaiser smirked. "Ness, prepare the game" Kaiser ordered. "Yes Kaiser" Alexis replied back.
Me and Chigiri were standing beside them while watching Alexis Ness prepare the deck and the cards. Chigiri was nervous, I can feel it. But I wasn't feeling any nervousness inside of me, it's feels so exciting and thrilling at the same time and it makes me laugh,
Kaiser notice my smirk and smirked back at me, I felt a pair of hands making its way to my chin and it held up to his and said "Yoichi, we've called you out here to your true potential. First-year's compulsive and impulsive gamblers!" Kaiser exclaimed.
"Don't let me down Compulsive gambler" Kaiser dictated as he leaned his face towards me and said "Prove to me and the other councils that we didn't invite you here for nothing, Yoichi you gotta be a proper opponent in the school's system against the other students including us" Kaiser whispered to him.
I don't know if I could be thrilled or not, but whatever is it, it's makes my heart skipped a beat and wanted to defeat this Kaiser along with Alexis as well, it's feels so thrilled indeed. "Kaiser, the game is set" Alexis exclaimed as we took a deep breath and went towards it. "Let's see how this compulsive and impulsive gamblers are really are" Kaiser exclaimed.
End of POV:
"Alright then...Isagi how much are you going to b-bet?" Chigiri stuttered. "This chip causes 10,000 yen each right?" Isagi asked him. "Yes..." Chigiri muttered. "I've bet 5 chips, equivalent to 50,000 yen" Isagi exclaimed.
"Alright then, I'll bet 5 chips as well. Which makes it 100,000 yen in total" Chigiri muttered. "We'll be playing doubled-concentration. The rules are simple, you just need to find the oair of the you flipped, each card has 2 points." Chigiri explained.
"Alright then, let's start!" Isagi exclaimed. "We'll be using two cards this game" Chigiri muttered. "Well then, shall we start?" Chigiri inquired.
"5,000 yen for me and 5,000 yen for you, let's start" Chigiri muttered. "I'll go first" Isagi dictated.
Chigiri's POV:
I feel a sting pierced through me as the student council's aura are extremely beyond it. Think Chigiri! You just got out of your debt yesterday and you're going to bet again?! not only that, in front of the student councils?!
I refuse to lose in front of the student councils! I would rather die than lose! But wait, i heard someone saying that "Everything is possible when you cheat".
Cheat? In the game? That's the only way to win in front of the student councils, how impulsive it is.
I'm sorry Isagi, I have no choice but to cheat on the game, I hope you'll understand me.
As the cards scattered throughout the game, I already know what the half of the cards are. These cards appear to be the same as the rest of them.
I've placed a marking in the side on the card so that it will be easy for me to win, I choose double-concentration not only it is my game, it is because it will make it harder to win by chance.
As long as Isagi doesn't know the pairing are, it will be fine for me. Memorizing all the marking was a hard work but it is worth it. Forgive me Isagi, I'll be talking the in for now.
End of POV:
Isagi finally choose a card, he flipped a diamond card with 6 signs, as he searches for the pairing, as he flipped the second card, it was the first card's pair!
Chigiri was stunned as the student council were watching, "He got a pair, what a great stroke of luck" Yukimiya muttered. "Isagi if yo have a pair, choose another card and finds it's pair" Chigiri exclaimed.
"Chigiri Hyouma, is it true your family business runs a industry? What would be the value for such a large enterprise? 10 billion yen? Or perhaps 100 billion yen?" Kaiser joined in as Isagi flipped a card with the Queen's heart and found it's pair.
"Pardon...?" Chigiri exclaimed. "Chigiri its your turn" Isagi exclaimed, Chigiri took a deep breath before flipping a card, he flipped three diamond like signs and found it's pair.
As Chigiri flipped almost half of the cards, "So this is the skill of an Impulsive gambler, Chigiri Hyouma" Kaiser muttered. The score was now 2 - 8. Which makes Chigiri the highest.
Chigiri's POV:
Alright, things are going great for now, the score was now 2 - 8 and I'm the highest, as long as I can remember the cards I'm okay.
"Chigiri, it is true that your family runs a industry? Are you willing to put your family's business on the line? You better prepare for the consequences beyond it. " Isagi exclaimed
"Huh? What is he talking about?" I replied in my head, "Tch, doesn't matter, times running out anyway" I replied in my head.
"Times up, Chigiri Hyouma takes the win" Alexis exclaimed. "Let's begin with the final round" Alexis exclaimed. "Huh? Second round?" i replied in my head.
"Excuse me, isn't the game only consist only one round?" I asked nervously. "It' the president's order" Alexis exclaimed. "Without a further a do, let's begin the final round" Alexis exclaimed.
"Alright, calm down Chigiri! You can do this! you've win the first round, you can win the second round, If I lose this now, I'll stuck being a house pet once again!" I exclaimed in my head.
It was Isagi's turn to flipped once again and surprise he figured out all the cards with markings on it, wait a minute, did he realize that I'm cheating?!
Tch, doesn't matter I'll win anyway. "It's your turn Chigiri" Isagi muttered, as i flipped the cards and it's pair, I was fast to flipped and didn't even bother to look and analyze it.
End of POV:
"Chigiri Hyouma is quite the impulsive gambler huh? They way he flips the card fast and finding it's pair was just brilliant." Yukimiya muttered.
"Isagi, it's your turn" Chigir exclaimed, Isagi then smirks and began to flipped all the cards and finding it's pairs, Chigiri was stunned and nervous a the same time, will he lose?
Chigiri's POV:
Isagi flipped the cards one by one and found their pairings, the way he plays was so compulsive yet disturbing. Wait What?! He's almost finishing flipping the cards now,
Did he knew about my plan and my cheating from the very first game? He pretended not to notice and just played the game! But the marks all faded away after a few minutes!
Isagi memorize all of the marking in that time. Moreover, the card's marking corresponded to each card as they were revealed during the game?
"Wait Wait! Was it a big mistake?! was it beyond my expectations?!" I exclaimed in my head. "Isagi Yoichi wins the game!" Alexis exclaimed.
"H-Huh?" I muttered. "Chigiri Hyouma, do you wish to add one more round? Why don't you bet your money as well as your mind. The winner gets to corrupt the Loser's mind and take all their money" Kaiser exclaimed.
Isagi's POV:
For the moment there I thought Chigiri's the impulsive gambler but no, Chigiri's not the impulsive gambler, He's a Conservative Gambler! So that means...The impulsive gambler is no other than...Kaiser...
