Chigiri's POV:
"Isagi-San!" I shouted his name from a far distance, "Congratulations in passing the game earlier, to be honest, our games have been going easy. I heard yours is Russian Roulette right?" I asked him.
"Yeah, that's right" Isagi said before turning his head towards me with a smug look on his face. "You seem to be confident Isagi, but don't get to overconfident though" I chuckled. "Hey, the point of attending these games is not just to take down the student councils right? We're not doing this just to gain popularity right?" I asked curiously.
"Then, what's the point in attending these games when you can win it all. If your not thinking the same thing, I suggest you to quit gambling" Isagi said with such cocky tone of his voice. "Hey...it's not like I'm not thinking the same thing but...dont you think your a little..."
"Confident about it?" Isagi said as he raised his eyebrows on me. "Well something like that...You can't be so sure if you can win everything y'know" I muttered. "How naive...Honestly Chigiri, I thought you would be more confident on your status now, well since I bailed you out of your debt after all. Honestly, it disappoints me.." Isagi said with a sarcastic tone of his voice and he placed his one hand on his face.
"Y'know...ever since you met Kaiser and the other councils, you seemed to be confident that you might get the chance to defeat them...is it because of his influence on you?" I muttered. "I don't think you understand anything Chigiri.... your just too naive to know what's right and what's wrong. You dont understand anything because...your too far beyond our level" Isagi said before glaring at me and left.
"Too far beyond his level...? What the hell is he talking about..?" I asked myself. "Is he comparing himself to Kaiser? Seems like it.." I muttered.
"Isagi-kun changed, huh? Chigiri-kun" Bachira said before revealing himself, he also revealed that he heard everything what isagi said and it really gives them some odd feeling about it. "What do you think happened to him?" I asked him while walking home with him.
"We both know that Isagi has a deep obsession in gambling, right? Maybe after he met Kaiser...His obsession in gambling merge with his obsession to crush Kaiser at the same time. But in my opinion...Kaiser seemed to be manipulating him into thinking that we're nothing but obstacles on his way...this must be a way for him to obtain him easily...Strange" bachira explained carefully.
"Chigiri-kun...do you happen to know how Alexis-san got himself in the student council? Well, we already knew that after he met Kaiser, he joined the council right? But the real question is, how did he get way too attached to Kaiser in the first place? We knew that he joined the council just to increase his status in the school but how did he get attached to Kaiser that badly?" He asked me.
"Wait, you'd never heard about that before? you've been here longer than me" I looked at him as Bachira shrugged. "The main reason, the main reason why Ness is attached to Kaiser? Have you never heard what of them rumors before?" I asked him.
"Not a big fan of rumors here" bachira pointed himself. "Isagi...is not the only one have a deep obsession y'know, from the looks of it, Ness seems to be obsess over Kaiser. I think Ness was the one who arrange the games earlier, I mean he's the secretary after all. Was he only doing this just to eliminate Isagi?" I muttered.
"Dont know exactly, let's just forget what happened today and let's discuss this tomorrow, yeah?" I asked him as I change the topic real fast. "Yeah, maybe your right" Bachira replied back as we parted ways and went home.
