Chapter 9
Super Sweet H - Moving house meat1, rimming, fucking Precious Melon to high heaven

Autumn wind blew.

Just before Changgeng left the house, the sky sank into a crow black. He was holding onto a book and in his pocket were some pine nut candies2. He went to the old teacher of the village to learn arithmetic. Ever since he became foolish, he stopped going to school. Now facing a strict teacher, Changgeng was quite nervous. He diligently completed all the homework the teacher set everyday.

He would eat dinner after he'd finished the calculations.

There was a reason for Changgeng working this hard. It was because Jingshan had decided to move to a new home in Zhenshang and open up a pork shop. Once the new house was ready, they would move and live in Zhenshang. He wanted to be useful to Jingshan and listened to Cui-ge's advice to go and learn how to calculate accounts to help Jingshan work the register in the future.

Although he was a bit foolish, he was diligent and eager to learn. He handed all of his homework to Jingshan to look over and anything that he couldn't do Jingshan would patiently teach him. After finishing his homework, Changgeng would count copper coins. Those copper coins were given to him by Jingshan. In their village, there were few things that required money. Changgeng had in total saved 20 copper coins. After counting them, he would carefully put them back in the cabinet and murmur under his breath about needing to save money to set up the shop.

Moving into a new home was a very physical task. Jingshan also brought Changgeng to Zhenshang to buy some household goods such as pots, bowls, ladles, basins, bedding and furniture.

The size of the new house could not be considered particularly big; two rooms and a front yard. The courtyard was surrounded by a low brick wall. Jingshan personally made a chicken coop as well as a wooden table and wooden chairs. He also planted a small jujube tree so that Changgeng can pick jujubes for fun next year.

The first day that they moved into the new house, Jingshan invited dalang to have dinner at their home. The pork and roast chicken were bought from Zhenshang. The five-spice pork was sliced and stir-fried together with garlic shoots. The pig tail was boiled into a concentrated soup. Changgeng obediently helped wash the vegetables and light the fire. Once the wild vegetables were diced and stir-fried together with eggs, the dish was cooked to a golden crisp. Changgeng smelt the fragrance and covertly swallowed his saliva.

Jingshan saw that he was starving and put a piece of five-spice pork in his mouth. Little Fool ate it with his lips coated in oil and contently went for a stroll in the yard to look around their new home, very elated.

Ye dalang and Cui-ge came in with some alcohol. Seeing the spacious cottage and yard, dalang was quite envious. He thought to himself, he needs to work harder to save money and bring Cui-ge over to live in Zhenshang in the future. Cui-ge saw the wooden tables and chairs in the courtyard and praised their craftsmanship. This made Changgeng pleased and smug, "Jingshan is s-so amazing, he can do anything."

Jingshan was indeed amazing. He was skilled at making things with his hands, and even more skilled at making love in bed.

After they finished dinner, Cui-ge helped to arrange the furniture and guided Little Fool to busy himself here and there and wipe the tables and chairs. Jingshan and dalang discussed how to build a set of stone tables and chairs. He wanted to put a set in the courtyard so that he could eat dinner outside with Changgeng when the weather got hot.

Sticky with sweat, Changgeng and Jingshan took a bath and lay on the kang. They were sleepy but in high spirits, especially Changgeng. Changgeng tugged on Jingshan and sweetly said that he would water the jujube tree everyday, if Jingshan sells meat then he would help earn money. In the future he won't just play around all day and will work to help shoulder the responsibilities. He had grown even more sensible and obedient than before, but Jingshan would've rather he be less sensible.
