"What is this?" Lianna asked both in distraught and awe. This was the day she got to touch the pocket watch, finally! She even dedicated a 100 page notebook just for her to note everything she gathered about it.
And so far, her progress is 0%. When she opened the watch, she was surprised and impressed by its machinery. She didn't imagine its innards to be a complex monstrosity. Her mind couldn't comprehend what was in front of her.
She tried mangle the watch, unfortunately it was all tightly packed together for some reason. As if it was protecting itself. So she decided to simply watch it function.
A normal watch of course. It was obvious.
She observed it from the outside. Absolutely nothing went into her head.
It was hard studying it.
Tick.
There it is again.
Tick.
"Why are there times you tick so loudly?"
Tick.
"Why are you always bothering me? Do you want to tell me something?"
Tick.
"Why do you even exist!?" she exclaimed. Surging power bursted out of the watch, and dragged her into its glass.
Lianna could only do what she could, and it was to look, to watch. She turned her head, left and right, back and forth. She was in a tunnel-like place with swirling clouds of colors, specifically the shades of violet and purple. A wormhole? Then, pictures appeared--No. They were moving. They weren't videos obviously. What were they?
The wormhole showed her a woman with beautiful long blue silky hair wearing a dark purple cape that hid her white shirt and a black gem on her chest; a man with fiery red hair and an open shirt with the same colour, he carried a large sword on his back; and one, a child, with black seemingly priestess clothes and blonde hair with hairband. They were the most featured ones, but there were numerous others.
One had an orange tied hair with a chest plate armor and a skirt with slit and pants. She carried a magical staff that seemingly controlled earth; a woman with a green color scheme appears behind the green bushes. Cute floating monsters surrounded her, seemingly their master or queen. She has a leaf headdress, Lianna wasn't sure what that meant, fashion maybe? ; the next one was a man of black and white clothes. He had a short hair, but longer than that of a common male, and it was of lavender color. They were all hard to describe as it was all moving too fast. A female knight, a young woman seemingly a merchant, another woman but of muscular physique, an archer woman, 4 women of different colors: red, blue, yellow and red violet.
A scene was depicted, the woman of blue hair and purple cape, she was tinkering something, it zoomed in to show the watch. She built it. But for what purpose? That question was still lingering in her.
The watch seemingly heard her question despite being in mind. It showed her chaos. The same woman who built the watch--she was wearing a crown, possibly a queen-- was fighting against whatever chaos that was. It was red, bloody, and violent. Full of angst, hate and sorrow. It was something she couldn't handle, but it was forced on her, to see the real history.
It was calling her all along. She was moved to another scene, all of the aforementioned people Lianna tried to best describe, were gathered together on 2 arrays of circle, the inner were six, the outer were 7. seemingly sealing the darkness that conquered their land.
Suddenly, blood shed through the darkness. All of them were stabbed by dark tendrils, with 1 standing on the back. She recognized them--they were the same people whom the watch have shown her. Once again, they clashed with the unknown force, the Queen in lead.
The next scene was grim. Lianna couldn't bear it. Almost all of them lay down on the ground. Some with mangled figures beyond recignition. Some were still alive, but they couldn't move their bodies. Lianna counted the ones live, ". . .1,2, 3, 4. . . 4 are left." she mumbled to herself.
Then suddenly, the scenes came to an end. Lianna went backwards.
THIS DECAY HAS DERAILED, NOW SHE WALKS LEAVING TRAILS OF THE DAMNED!

A choir sang. She looked at her surroundings, nothing. It was all purple and violet. A memory has suddenly been brought up to her face.
A magic circle, surrounded by tall caped people who had the imposing and intimidating aura.
FALL INTO THE HANDS OF SORROW!
DRAWN BY THE DARKEST BAY!
WALK INTO THE PIT OF SILENCE,
I AM THE ONE CALLING YOUR NAME!The choir sang in synchronization which made her hear their chant as if it was scaring her. A figure appeared on the circle, a figure of a woman.
I, IN THE NAME OF VIOLENCE,
SENTENCE YOU DOWN TO HELL!
LIVE OR YOU WILL DIE,
JUST FOR THE SAKE FETCH ME THE TOOLS,
SO I CREATE THIS INSTRUMENT OF CYANIDE!The chant made her chill down her spine. It echoed in her mind. It was all fast-paced, she was somehow pulled back by force as the chant went on.
She grasped back to reality.

A/n : the origin of the Chant was from the chorus of 'Instruments of Cyanide' by DAGames (my favorite song)
(the Chant was supposed to be the chorus of I-O-C's beta version, but changed it to the official one)
