I remember the day I was born.

I opened my eyes for the first time in a white room, a hospital room. I heard a woman's screams and saw many doctors moving around me.

Finally, the screams stopped and I felt something moving next to me. I turned my head and saw a baby right next to me. It was moving and crying a lot.

I was not crying. I wasn't even moving, just looking around. I could hear the nurses telling the doctor that one of the babies was strange and not moving. They were crowding around me and I felt a slap, then a second, then a third. No reaction from me.

I heard the doctors talking to each other, but I couldn't hear what they were saying. Finally, a nurse took me and the other baby and gave us to a woman. This woman looked very tired, as if she hadn't slept in days. She was crying a lot but still had a big smile on her face.

- My baby boys!

When I was born, I was diagnosed with hypermnesia. It is a disease that allows me to remember precisely every single day of my life. I'm not complaining about it, it's pretty cool.
