I was breathing heavily from my training. I've been cutting my palm a lot during this week

I decided to take a break and walk around the village, while I was looking around I saw that same blonde hair
While trying to escape before he noticed me I heard in the distance
"Hey Chizuki It's been a while!"
My ears rang after he said it. Why is he so loud..?

He ran over to me going for a hug but I don't even know this guy 'sigh'
Before he could bring his arms around me In a burst of speed I was behind him and put a hand on his shoulder
"I'm not the touchy type..."
He looked over his shoulder
"Woah you're so fast!"
I flinched as my ears rang again
"Ow, why are you so energetic and loud"
He replied
"Oh sorry... But how were you so fast in the chunin exams!"
"Uhm it's just some simple lightning style really no need for such praise haha..."
"Wanna come train with me and Pervy-sage?"
'... Who the hell is pervy-sage..?' I thought
"Uhm who is pervy-sage?"

We saw a man wearing a kimono with red on it and he had long white hair, and he was on top of a toad..?
"Hey pervy-sage!"
I've gotten used to how loud he is though it still hurts when he yells...

"And who is this white haired person?"
