10. A blast into the past...

Flashback to 2 years ago

I was 11 years old with my 3rd team since I graduated from the academy...

I had been assigned 3 teams now because my other teams were scared of the idea of my ability to control blood... so this was my 3rd team

"Chizuki, I have assigned you a 3rd team."

"A-san, why do you keep trying to find a team for me..."

I looked to my right out the window looking at the clouds in the sky

"Because you're a lot more talented than our other genin out there, and if a team can't handle you because of the achievements you've gained then I'll keep assigning a team for you, I don't care how many teams it'll take to find the right one."

Little did I know today was the day I would find the right team for me...

My new team entered the hokage's office. The other 2 genin had blonde hair and our team jounin also had blond hair, is this team just completely consisting of blond hair...

I turned to them bowing before turning back to A-san

"A-san what will be our first mission"

"It will be a B rank, your objective is to get to a certain bandit camp that is bigger then most and get rid of the group"

"Hai"

I quickly disappeared and reappeared in my room in Hell valley, already getting some stuff for the mission.

I whispered to myself

"Today is gonna be a long day huh..."

I got out of my room walking through my clans district greeting all my other clan members before going to the gate leading outside of the clan compound

"Who are you thinking yo-"

"My name is Chinoike Chizuki, I have a mission to get to."

I pointed to the headband on my arm before quickly disappearing when they let me through

I reappeared at the villages gate leading down the mountain descending from the clouds into a green lush forest

"So Chizuki, what are your interests and dreams?"

I turned to Samui, the one who asked the question

"My only dream is to release my clan from Hell valley and bring back the respect it used to have."

"I don't have any interests and hobbies. I just don't like standing still doing nothing, that's all."

We were right next to the bandit camp. My doujutsu was already activated and I sensed a bandit in a bush nearby.

I drew a kunai and pricked my thumb

"Chizuki what are you doi-" asked Yugito

I drew out the blood and turned it into a Tanto and threw it at the bandit in the bush

I appeared next to the bush grabbing the bandit by his head

"Square between the eyes, I'm getting better at sensing chakra"

Yugito and Darui looked shocked at what I just did, another team that's scared of my clan huh...

I cut my hand with a kunai and drew out blood and levitated it into the air before turning it into a scythe.

"Just assist me when I need assisting"

I shunshined into the middle of the bandit camp

"Who wants to go first..."

"GET HIM IT'S THE ONE EYED REAPER!"

About 20 of them charged me from all directions, I quickly twirled the scythe through the air with my hands before beheading one of them, blocking a hit from another bandit and slapped a explosive tag and kicked off of them into the air and threw my scythe at the group controlling it, an explosion was heard and the screaming of many, my scythe mowing through them while I was engaging in Taijutsu

I punched one in the face and 2 came from both sides, I jumped up doing a split kick and jumping off one of their heads

I did rapid speed hand signs and shot a fireball towards the group before dropping down and sprinting towards them

Catching my scythe 30 more of them entered the fray I was able to get some space before doing a jutsu I didn't like the most

I twirled my scythe in a circular motion and all the bandits heads flew into the air painting the trees and camp red

I took a heavy breath, didn't expect to have to use so much chakra for just a bandit camp

I turned to my team which I expected to be scared but it looked like they admired my ability and strength

I was shocked, It didn't even look like Samui was surprised at all, they looked at me like I was any other Genin in Kumogakure

She appeared next to me before ruffling my hair

"Hey kid next time we do a mission I want us to do it like a team"

I lightly smiled finally feeling accepted for the first time since I graduated from the academy.

Ever since that day, Yugito always smiled brightly at me.

End of Flashback

I woke up from a dream I've been having ever since I left Konoha to get back to Kumogakure

I shrugged it off and put the same clothes on and got up for the day being prepared for the long trek back to Kumogakure

Fast forward 3 days

We finally arrived to the gates of Kumogakure, everything was so quiet unlike konoha, I walked past the gates shunshined to my clans compound going to my room before falling onto my bed and falling asleep

"When you had finally gotten to a better team, I had to work so hard to get you off that other team. Should've been done a lot quicker, your Kage was dumb after all"

I had sighed

"You should really stop talking while I talk about my past, I can't answer everything you may ask."

He puffed out smoke from his cigarette

"Fine, I'll stay quiet. Perhaps picking you as a host was worthless, though yet again you were perfect in every way. I'll just have to deal with it"
