Chapter 5

the days and weeks passed and if I wasn't at Steves he was here, both with Terry and Chad and without them... although I loved them as my own.

"hey honey, how was your day?" I asked as steve came in.

"it was great chicky! i got a new script today, a movie called bullitt" he grinned as he stride into the kitchen where I was making myself a sandwich

"thats great honey!"

"i get to pick the car and everything!"

"i have a surprise for you" I grinned as I finished the sandwich and cut it in half before I ran into the hallway and grabbed the little gift box I had fixed up for him... i'd done extensive research and found out that he got the script on this day and I knew as much as I loved the stang... it was time for it to be given to it's rightful owner...

"whats this baby?" he asked smiling as he laid one of the sandwich halves down and took the box i'd just handed to him

"it's something your going to love" I said with a massive smile

he chuckled at my excitement and opened the box finding the key to my mustang... actually I should say... his mustang.

"whats this? baby I can't accept your mustang, you love it I can't take it" he shook his head trying to hand the box back

"you can and you will... I know how your mind works honey, thats the exact car you want for your new movie... besides as much as I love it... I think it's time I turn it over to it's rightful owner." I smiled as I pushed the box back into his hand.

"what are you going to drive now?" he asked laughing slightly as he wrapped me in his arms

"oh... i'm going to buy a new car later... actually I was hoping you'd come with me" I grinned

"baby I love you" he laughed kissing me.

a few days later.

"hey steve.." I said biting my lip as I walked into the kitchen to find him making a sandwich

"yeah Chicky?" he asked with a chuckle.

"theres something I need to tell you"

"whats that baby?"

"remember when I told you about me time traveling back from 2023 and you asking if I had a man back there waiting for me and I said I wasn't sure..." he finished making his sandwich and leaned against the counter looking at me.

"yeah so?"

"well turns out I do and also turns out that i'm actually not awake back there like I thought I was... i'm actually laying in a hospital bed in a coma.. my boyfriend or soon to be husband rather was in London on business and he flew back to las vegas the moment I found out I was in the hospital... I got into a car accident and I didn't know about it.."

"So what are you going to do?" He asked looking worried

"Honestly... i don't know. If i go back there i have to leave you and everything we've built.. if i leave there im going to break his heart like i am right now."

"Well chicky.. this is your decision.. something you have to decide what to do. I love you and i want nothing more then to spend the rest of my life with you but the choice is yours.. i don't want you to feel guilty about leaving me or staying.. i just want you to be happy"

a few days later we sat out by the pool in the back yard on the lounger chair.

"whats he like?" he asked suddenly

"whats who like?" I asked confused as to who he was talking about

"the guy waiting for you back there"
