Note: (Friend as in, comfort.. not always platonic.)

Len looked down at the edge of the rooftop, gazing down at the long height ahead of him.. he was very suicidal at this point and Flower didn't know a thing about it. He felt if he was burdening Flower with his every existence.. always causing trouble for her and hugging her out of the blue. Flower was strict with him, as she was the student council president and he was the lower class man... and shorter. He sighed deciding not to think about it while he took off his shoes and climbed up the rail to meet the edge. Len grabbed the iron bar above him, which was barely large enough to support his full weight... however he did manage to climb up on it. As soon as he got to the top he stood still, getting ready for the suicide. The next second.. Flower came up to the rooftop, breaking the door open to find Len about to jump off.

Flower's heart sank as she saw Len standing on the edge of the rooftop, and she quickly sprinted towards him. "Len, what are you doing?" she shouted, her voice cracking with emotion and anger. Len turned around, surprised to see Flower there. He didn't want to burden her with his problems, but he couldn't ignore the concern in her voice.

"I'm fine," Len said, putting on his usual perky smile."No, you're not fine," Flower replied, her voice growing more and more forceful. "You can't just brush off your feelings like that. I can see that you're hurting, and I won't let you do something as stupid as taking your own life."Len felt a twinge of guilt at Flower's words. He had always admired her strength and persistence, but he didn't want to be a burden on her. He tried to explain, "I'm sorry, Flower. I didn't mean to worry you. I just didn't want to cause any trouble."Flower's eyes narrowed in frustration. "You are not causing trouble. You are my friend, and I care about you. You don't have to go through this alone."Len felt a lump form in his throat as Flower's words sunk in. He had never felt so vulnerable before, but he couldn't ignore the warmth in Flower's eyes. He was afraid and he just smiled slowly backing away. "Len.." Flower started, more concerned. "Where do you think you're going..?" She asked, more stern. Len didn't respond and started running away, down the rooftop stairs. Flower was taken aback by Len's sudden escape, but she knew she couldn't let him go. She chased after him, her heart pounding with worry. "Len, wait!" she called out, but he didn't slow down. Flower pushed herself harder, running faster and faster until she finally caught up to him at the bottom of the stairs. She grabbed his arm firmly, refusing to let him go. "What's going on, Len? Why are you doing this?" she asked, her voice trembling with emotion, which was unlikely for her...as she was usually intimidating. Len avoided her gaze looking down at the floor ignoring her. He didn't want to let her know he was crying. Flower pushed even more now asking more loudly. "LEN...what's...wrong." She tried caressing his cheek for him to face her, but put her hand down at the thought of fluster and uncertainty. Len couldn't hold back his tears anymore and he broke down in front of Flower, his body shaking with sobs. Flower didn't know what to do or say. She had never seen Len like this before and it scared her. She stood there for a moment, frozen, before finally pulling him into a tight hug."I'm sorry," Len whispered, his voice choked with emotion. "I'm so sorry, Flower."Flower didn't know how to respond. She just held him tighter, hoping that her presence was enough to comfort him. But as she felt Len's body shaking against hers, she began to panic. She didn't want him to hurt himself, but she didn't know how to make him feel better. Her thoughts were jumbled and she felt like she was losing control. And then, without thinking, Flower leaned in and kissed Len deeply. At first, Len was taken aback, but then he found himself responding. The kiss was deep and passionate, filled with all the emotions that Flower had been feeling but couldn't express in words. For a few moments, they forgot all their worries and just focused on each other. When they finally pulled apart, Flower looked at Len, her eyes filled with confusion and uncertainty. "I don't know what just happened," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "But I do know that I care about you, Len. And I want to be here for you, no matter what."Len looked at Flower, his heart full of gratitude and admiration. He didn't know what the future held, but he knew that he had a friend in Flower. And that was enough to make him feel like he could face whatever came next.
