Love Off Track - Pato O'Ward

THIRD PERSON POV:

Catalina and Valentina had entered the MotoGP paddock, Valentina didn't want to be here. She was afraid that she would run into Tony, however she still had to support her brother this weekend. It was Enea's return back to MotoGP after suffering his injury, the injury was caused by a crash in the first race of this season. Enea has missed out on three weekends, and he has missed it a lot. Valentina felt horrible if she told him that she wasn't going to come, so she asked Catalina to come along with her for support.

Catalina noticed that her friend was extremely quiet, she stopped walking and Valentina turned to face her. "You won't see him, I will make sure of that Valea" reassured Catalina, "I know, but it's just that..." whispered Valentina. Catalina knew what her friend needed in this moment, sour straps. 

Catalina smirked as she pulled out a packet of sour straps from her handbag, Valentina's face lit up as soon as she had seen them. "Wait... why are they in your handbag?" asked Valentina, "Well sour straps has always cheered you up, ever since we where little kids. And since Tony was an asshole to you, you definitely need them now." responded Catalina. Valentina laughed and took the bag from Catalina, she instantly ripped open the packet and started eating them. "You're 23, and yet you still act like a kid" chuckled Catalina, Valentina gave her a deadly glare and continued to enjoy the food.

• Time Skip • 

MotoGP has just finished for the day Catalina, Valentina and Enea where walking around the paddock. Enea was looking around, while the other two where joking around. Suddenly Enea had came to a stop, and the two girls looked at him in confusion. "What is Tony doing there with that girl?" asked Enea, the two girls looked in the direction that Enea was looking. Catalina's jaw dropped, while Valentina felt tears in her eyes. 

Tony was kissing another girl, and he wasn't ashamed of it. It was like the three of them had just walked into Tony having sex with another girl... in public. Enea looked over at Valentina, and back at Tony. He saw red, he had taken a step forward but a hand had stopped him from walking further. "Enea... we broke up a week ago" whispered Valentina, Enea looked into his sisters eyes and he had seen heartbreak. "Why did you guys break up?" asked Enea, "He cheated on me!" blurted Valentina. As soon as those four words left her mouth she had instant regret. "Don't hurt him, Please!" begged Valentina, she tried to stop Enea from walking over to Tony.

Enea was pissed at Tony, he trusted Tony to be a great boyfriend to his little sister. But yet... he failed. Enea would have understood if they broke up on a mutual agreement, or one of them had fallen out of love. But cheating... that was what Enea was mad about. In a matter of seconds Enea walked up to Tony, and his fist had collided with Tony's cheek. 

Tony pulled away from the girl he was kissing, as soon as he had felt the contact. "Whats the fu-" Tony stopped speaking as he looked up at the person, he looked behind and had seen his ex yelling out to her brother. "That's for what you did to my sister, you're lucky that we are out in public..." threatened Enea, Tony stayed silent and he nodded. Enea turned around and he looked for Catalina and Valentina, however no one was behind him.

• Time Skip • 

Valentina and Catalina where sitting in a small room, no words where said. Valentina was distraught, she was also angry at her brother for hurting Tony. As much as Tony had hurt her, she still cared about him. Also, she didn't want Enea to get into trouble because he had assaulted someone. Catalina didn't know what to say, it wasn't something that she has gone through before. She felt horrible for Valentina, and she wished that she could make her friends problems go away. 

Suddenly the door had busted open, and Catalina looked up. "There you are!" cried Enea, "I have been looking all over for you, it's been two hours. Are you okay, is everything alright?" asked Enea. Valentina stayed silent, while Catalina looked at the door trying to not look at Enea. "Yeah everything is alright, for you." said Valentina coldly, she then got up and started to walk away. 

Once Valentina was gone, Enea turned to Catalina. "You messed up, she begged you not to hurt Tony. Yet you did, it doesn't matter what he did. It matters what you did, you didn't listen to your sister." snapped Catalina, she was mad at Enea for hurting his sister. She got up and walked towards the door, she stopped once she reached the door. "Apologise to her soon, before she doesn't accept your apology." said Catalina, and with that she left.

As Catalina left the room, she bolted after Valentina who was currently walking out of the Ducati hospitality. She caught up to her, and they continued to walk to the car park. The two of them where ready to leave the day behind them, especially Valentina. "Anything going on with Pato and You?" asked Valentina, she wanted Catalina not to bring up about Enea or Tony. Catalina blushed, and she had a small smile as she thought about her and Pato. 

Valentina smirked, and Catalina sighed at Valentina's reaction. "Not much because we are busy, however we did call on his birthday." admitted Catalina, she smiled as she looked into the sky. "What about?" Valentina asked, and she nudged Catalina with her elbow. "No not like that! I said happy birthday to him, and then we talked about the upcoming indy 500" giggled Catalina, and she looked at Valentina. "I was just making sure, however if you need any tips on sexting... ask the professional" joked Valentina, and she pointed at herself.

Catalina's cheeks went even more redder at the thought, "Valeaaaaa" whined Catalina. "I'm just joking... calm down!" defended Valentina, and she had put up both of her hands to show that she was innocent. The two of them had reached the car, and Catalina got into the drivers side. Valentina sighed of relief once she had gotten in the passenger side, and Catalina started up the car.
