I groan as I try to get up off the couch and Luca rushes over to me, helping me up. I have gotten significantly bigger in the past two months. I'm still not actually that big, but compared to my normal small figure, it's a big change.
"I can get up off the couch by myself." I huff as he makes sure I'm balanced before stepping back from me.
"I know, but you've gotten a lot bigger Anna." I huff and walk over to the kitchen, grabbing something to eat. Luca and I have gotten a lot closer since he spends most of his time around here.
After our kiss, Luca and I decided it would be best if we didn't even think about a relationship until after the baby. I was way too stressed with Giovanni and Luca wants me to focus on the baby before I get into another relationship. Besides, I know he will be here for me either way, if we are dating or not.
"We have an event tonight. Have you got a dress?" I think about it for a second before I nod my head and put another grape into my mouth.
"Is Giovanni going to be there?" Luca sighs and nods his head.
"Unfortunately, yes. But don't worry, Angelo and I know how to keep him in line." I smile and thank Luca before I leave the room to go get ready.
I haven't been out in a while so I'm really excited to finally leave the palace walls and socialise. I missed getting dressed up and going out in a fancy dress. My assistants do my hair and makeup and I jump up when Pascal walks in. I run over to him, pulling him into a hug. He goes stiff before eventually hugging me back.
"Princess, it's so good to see you." I step back and raise my eyebrow.
"I think we're past princess." He nods and I give him another look.
"I have your dress ready, Anna." I smile and he leads me over to the dress.

I put on a beautiful one shoulder red dress that perfectly accentuates my bump. Suddenly, I feel self conscious about how big I am. All eyes are going to be on me tonight because I haven't been seen in so long. I don't want to go out there looking this big.
Pascal's voice pulls me out of my thoughts.
"You okay Anna?" I nod at him before quickly glancing at myself in the mirror then leaving the palace. I meet Luca in the car and he can't keep his eyes off me.
"You look amazing Anna." I smile and nod at his comment as we drive off to the venue. Luca holds my hand to calm me down and I try to prepare myself for what could happen tonight.
