Tom was the first one awake this time, too. In fact, it's way too early to be awake by vacation standards, especially since he stayed up till midnight last night too.

He was listening to his playlist that did not have emo songs on it while looking out into the ocean. He was about to turn to go back inside when a new song played on his headphones.

'Just another one champion sound'

Tom has a physical reaction to what the fuck he was listening too. "The fucks this shit?" Tom knew damn well that wasn't in his playlist.

He grabbed his phone to skip it, but instead of doing so he fast-forwarded the song instead to a specific part.

'I'm liking this American boy, American boy '

This song was very not Tom's taste, but he decided to listen to it for the fun of it.

'I really want to come kick it with you

Now that caught his eye or well ear. How the fuck does that work, no clue but it caught his eye. And he may or may not have started to think of a specific American boy sleeping inside the room.

And that's why when Skyler found him, he was blushing while having a death grip onto his phone. "Why do you wake up so early?"

Now that scared Tom so bad he flinched so hard his headphones fell half of his head. But when he realized it was Skyler, he went back to his usual self.

"Nothing, just thinking of a particular American boy" he said smugly and Skyler literally paused. Watching Tom go back inside their shared hotel room.

Once he was back to normal, he followed Tom inside, "What the fuck who says particular in a normal conversation! Also, was that a song reference?"

"Maybe" Tom replied smugly again, holding out the 'E' longer.

Oh, so they were playing this game. sure Skyler smiled now it was his turn to be smug, so he walked closer to Tom.

Skyler grabbed Tom's face and kissed him. Now, Toms not the type to look at a gift horse's mouth, But that came out of nowhere. Seriously, warn a man first.

"What the fuck?" He says more to himself than anything, "Now what's this about?" Tom continued, turning his head to the side like a bird.

Skyler laughs, "I think I deserve that after everything I've done on this trip" Tom's jaw is practically on the floor hearing this. His brain can hardly process what his ears are hearing.

At first, he thought that Skyler was just pretending to be really nice to catch him off guard to play like a super big prank or something after all. But in the end, Tom did realize that maybe just maybe Skyler was actually being nice to him.

And let's be honest, they have both already been nice to each other before the trip.

"That's what that was?" Realization hits. "Then his eyes widened. "Wait, the bracelet? That wasn't a bracelet you found on the floor-"
