This is it, we're gonna ki-
"Hey guys!" Alyssa enters the room.
We suddenly look away. Ross stands up to get the tray with sandwiches that Alyssa was holding.
"Thanks," I say as I take a sandwich.
"So, how are you guys doing?" Alyssa sits beside me while Ross gets his guitar.
"Great. By the way, I love your timing." I mutter.
"What?" Alyssa says. Oh snap. She heard me?!
"I said, I- I love your timing because I, I am starving!" I say as I take a bite from the sandwich.
I heard Ross laugh. Ugh really?
"I gotta go girls, call us when you're ready to rehearse." Ross says as he left the room.
I was this close to kissing him. Wait, what am I doing? Ross is for Alyssa. I always forget.
"Can you play the piano for me? I want to hear it." Alyssa says excitedly.
"Sure." And so, I play the piano. But I can't take our moment off mind. I think I unconciously smiled.
"That was amazing!" Alyssa claps her hands.
"Thanks." I say.

Dug dug... dug dug... dug dug...
This is it. It's the concert night! I'm so nervous.
"You ready?" Ross says.
"I'm nervous. What if I fail?"
"We all fail. But I know, you're going to do well." He looks into my eyes.
I smile, but I'm still nervous.
"You're gonna do great!" Rydel says.
"R5! R5! R5! R5!" The fans are going crazy. So am I!
"I can't do it," I whisper to Ross.
"I'll be here for you. Just pretend we're rehearsing, and it's just you and me."
His hand makes it to mine, and our fingers intertwine. I felt an electric shock run through my veins, but I felt better. I always feel safe with him.
And there goes my everything! We're on stage, and my vision blurs when I see thousands of people watching.
Rydel still joins us, but she'll just be singing, especially her solo; love me like that.
"What's up Korea!" Riker energizes the whole stadium.
"We have a very special guest tonight! You see that beautiful girl back there," Ross points at me, "She'll be Rydel's hands for tonight since Rydel isn't that well. But I want you guys to know her by her name, and not just a substitute. Melissa Greymon. Let's welcome her, R5 family!" Ross says.
My heart was so full. Ross really knows how to calm me. Before we performed our first song, Ross winked at me, which made me smile.
"1, 2, 3!" Ellington starts playing his drum.
