Hey, it's been a while. I had completely given up on this story. It got deleted on two sites and life got busy for me. I had grown content with the story being gone. Except I continued to periodically check my inbox, and I felt a mix of guilt and happiness whenever I saw your messages.

You, all of you. You have continued to give me support after over a year of this story being gone. Finding backups, giving thanks for what I wrote and understanding why I refused to try again.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. You all inspired me to take the leap and go into creative writing. And you still inspire me, which is why I'm reposting this one chapter. testing to see if it will get taken down again.

Maybe I'll finish reposting everything, maybe I'll finish the whole story ;)

It's great to be back kiddos. If this doesn't get deleted by the time my semester is over, I will start reposting everything.

Edit: Welp, semester is over, I've been officially published in my college's journal and it's all thanks to the support I got from all of you. So it's only fair that I start reposting everything ;)

This was greatly inspired by the one great fanfiction like this that Turniphater wrote called "RWBY and JNPR watch the show" which got deleted shortly after my fics were.

Chapter 1: Why are we here?

"Jaune? Is something wrong?" Pyrrha asked cautiously. Her caution was needed as her friend, teammate, and leader was currently furiously tapping his scroll.

"Yes!" The frantic blonde shouted, startling Pyrrha. "Oh, sorry Pyrrha I didn't mean-"

"It's ok, Jaune." Pyrrha said, chuckling , lightly diffusing the tension. "I can tell it's not me making you so... upset."

"It's this scroll! A weird message popped up and then before I could even start reading it my scroll crashed!" Jaune yelled.

"I can see how that would be distressing." Pyrrha hummed.

"My scroll has never done this before, scrolls never do this, they aren't supposed to turn off while they're still open." Jaune explained, frustrated. "My scroll could have a virus for all I know."
