It was a few days before Mother's day and Abby was excited to give her gift to her mom while Carson wanted the perfect gift for his mom but couldn't figure out what it could be.
"I can't find anything! Do you have any ideas Nova?" Carson asked his Eevee.
Nova had no clue unfortunately.
He decided to ask the only person that could, his dad.
"Dad, I need help." Carson said.
"What's up bud?" Ash asked.
"I don't know what to get Mom for Mother's Day." Carson said.
"Bud, you know even if you give her a rock she'll start crying because she thinks it's adorable." Ash responded.
"I guess you're right but I want to show her I love her." Carson said.
"She already knows that." Ash responded.
"Just find something you think she'll like or make something." Ash responded.
"Alright." Carson said.
Carson searched all around his school, the shops nearby on the drive home, he even convinced Ash to take him to the local mall and still found nothing.
Carson was on his last legs with Mother's day only two days away.
He hesitantly had Nova look for something but was scared he wouldn't come back, luckily he did but Nova had found nothing, leaving Carson in the same place where he had started.
Then he remembered what his dad said "Make something for her." so he knew there was only one thing to do.
After looking through all the stuff he could make he decided on one thing.
Mother's Day finally came as Carson saw as his sister Abby gave their mom a painted rock.
Now it was his turn, he was nervous, very nervous, he doesn't want to disappoint his mommy.
He saw how proud his mom looked when she got his sister's gift.
Carson handed her the handmade drawing he made of the two of them together.
Carson saw as Chloe started tearing up before rushing in and giving him a bone-crushing hug while telling him she loves it.
"It's just for you mom!" Carson said. It may not be much but it made his mom happy and if she was happy then so was he.
