Jack kisses a stranger at a Blink-182 show.
<<3rd POV>>
Bright stage lights.
The sun setting over the valley.
Thousands of people dancing and singing along to The Anthem by Good Charlotte.
Jack was one of those people, jumping and singing along to the chorus with a smile on his face.
It was the last song of their set, then the headliner were to come out.
Blink-182.
Two bands had already played their sets, Jack didn't know them, but he still nodded along to their songs. His entire body was starting to hurt, but in the moment, he didn't care. He definitely would when Good Charlotte left and they had to wait like 30 minutes until Blink even came out. Then he'd probably be begging to sit down.
Right now though? Singing along to one of his favorite bands? He didn't even feel it.
He was finally heading into his senior year, having just gotten through his junior year. It was the middle of the summer, sweat making his clothes stick to his skin and dampening his black and blond hair.
When the song finished, Jack was panting hard, laughing from the adrenaline rush. He ran his hand through his hair, the sweat making a majority of it stay out of his face.
He looked to the side and was a little stunned to see the boy next to him.
He was fucking beautiful.
Jack's known he was bisexual for a while, and there was no doubt he was attractive.
Holy shit.
The boy had caramel hair, styled in a fringe and messed up in a 'just had sex' kind of way. It was somewhat long, but it didn't go down to his shoulders, just more in front of his face.
His face shape was slightly feminine with a masculine tone given his eyes and thick eyebrows. His eyelashes weren't very long, and his eyes were a dark brown. His nose was cute and upturned... God, and his lips. They looked soft and pink, the boy looked curious and maybe a little bit sad.
Jack wouldn't be surprised if he heard that he was a model.
He was just a bit shorter than Jack, but more muscular. He wore a tight black Blink-182 shirt and skinny black jeans that rode low on his hips, a white belt to tie it all together. He wore Nikes, high-tops like Jack himself was wearing.
"What?" His voice was raspy and a bit firm, making Jack realize that he'd been staring.
"I don't know." Jack spoke quickly, his eyes widening. He'd of thought the boy's voice would be softer, but he didn't hate it at all.
He really fucking liked it.
Then the boy smirked and Jack was about to lose his damn mind."Were you just staring at me to quote a Blink song?"
"Wha- Oh! No- Yeah." Jack laughed nervously, pulling at his sleeves. "Yeah, that's what I was doing."
The boy giggled and shook his head. Jack smiled widely at the sound, it was cute.
"I like your shirt, man.""Thank you!" Jack grinned, looking down at his long sleeved Blink shirt, then back up at the boy. "I like yours too. They're my favorite."
"I assumed."
Jack blushed and nodded, "What's your favorite song from them?"
"Going Away To College." He answered easily. "I don't know why, honestly. I've always loved it."
