all of us got back to the truck, driving off to the direction the others headed. thankfully, jang-soo saw the direction they went to, making the search easy

"what the hell happened to you guys?" il-ha asked, throwing his arm on hee-rak's shoulders as both boys groaned

"you have no idea" he replied, closing his eyes making me chuckle

but just as we could continue our conversation, the truck came into an abrupt stop as we all gripped on the seat to stabilize ourselves from falling down

"did lieutenant lee found them?" ha-na asked with surprise as i quickly wore my helmet as the others started to jump out. after everyone were out, i took na-ra's hand who was waiting for me and we made way to chun-ho

"jang-soo, hee-rak. is that them?" he asked, looking at the truck that has stopped beside the road. their eyes widened, nodding multiple times as tae-man turned around with frustration all over his face

"oh?" he exclaimed loudly, pointing at us as they all ran to them. hearing our voices made the others turn around too, eyes widened in relief as they started to hug each other in happiness

i chuckled, walking with chun-ho calmly, watching the scene unfolding as he spoke

"now that all things are getting back to its place... when should we talk about us?" i stopped, looking at him as he tilted his head with a small smile, anticipating an answer

"later. i need to see my friends first" i said with a small smile, patting his arm before running to the others. i could hear his small chuckle before i ran, su-cheol widening his eyes at the sight of me, forming the widest grin

"hey, you idiot!" i said, throwing myself to him as he instantly wrapped his arms around me. i sighed in relief, pulling away after a couple of seconds

"are you okay?"

"better, now that you're here" i rolled my eyes playfully, earning a chuckle from him

"thanks for rescuing us"
