Chapter sixteen

It'd been a few weeks and you'd finally fully recovered. You moved into the apartment you were renting with sundrop and Moondrop.

You began babysitting more often and you started getting lots of requests and good reviews. You were pulling a lot of good money from your babysitting job and were almost always booked.

Mostly because everyones kids were begging for the daycare attendant and they seemed to be really good with them. People were going crazy for them.

"Wooh!" You flopped on the bed after having to take care of a family of five kids.

"Ah! That was so fun! Wasn't it, sunshine?" Sun was hopping all over the place, still somehow full of energy.

"Yep. And we've got another job tomorrow. And Friday!" You groaned.

"God, at this point we might as well open our own.... Daycare." You sat up suddenly, realizing that wasn't impossible.

You were pulling plenty of money to support yourself, and it'd be much easier to just have a daycare anyway.

"REALLY?!" Sun gripped your shoulders excitedly.

"Yeah, we actually could! Let's get to work, boys!" You hopped out of bed, suddenly full of energy.

Turns out, it was a little difficult to open a daycare. You needed a daycare license, and to get that, you had to attend a class.

Luckily, since you already had experience being a daycare assistant, not to mention, you had a robot who was literally made to look after kids, it wasn't too difficult to obtain a license.

However, getting the daycare ready was the hard part. With the help of your family, you were able to get a large enough building, but there was lots to set up.

You had to buy play structures, paint the walls, set carpet, child proof it, which took much longer than you wanted, but in the end, sun and moon's happiness when you finished was so worth it.

"Oh, this is going to be so wonderful! I'm so excited! Thank you so much for doing this for us, sunshine!" He pulled you into a tight hug.

"The pleasure is all mine, boys." You smiled, kissing his cheek.

"So, where's your uniform?" He grinned. "Oh! Right. Wait a second." You walked into the bathroom to change.

"Oh. My. Gosh. Y/n, you look so beautiful!" He spun you around, squeezing you tightly.

"Really? I feel kinda ridiculous." You smiled sheepishly.

"Aw, no need to be embarrassed, sunshine, you look stunning!" He grinned from ear to ear.

"I'm not embarrassed, it's just... you look so handsome..." You blushed, looking away.

"Oh, I see~" He slammed his hand against the wall, pinning you there. "So, you're starting to take us more seriously~" He smirked, letting his tongue slip out.

"WHERE DID YOU LEARN THAT?!" You blushed furiously.

"Moon's been giving me pointers! Did you like it? He told me you would!" He smiled innocently.

"Oh, boy." You muttered.

"So, we'll only live right down the road from the daycare?" He asked. "Yep! I figured it would be much easier to operate if we lived close by." You explained.

"I see. So we'll have time for more... ADULT games after the kids leave." He smirked, tracing his finger from your face to your neck. You blushed deeply.

"Alright. I've had about enough of this." You gripped his shoulders, looking him dead in the eye.

"Are you boys prepared for your punishment?" You raised an eyebrow. Suns face went completely red.

"S- sunbite! Let's talk about this! If we were to- um- I mean, we, uh- I seem to be overheating! let's talk about this later!" His sun rays spun rapidly in his head.

"Uh, uh. It's too late for that." You tightened your grip. He let out nothing but a small squeak.

"MOON, WHAT DID YOU MAKE ME DO?!"

"I have no idea, but I'm loving it~"

"BUT-BUT I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!"

"Since you boys can't behave... you're both not allowed to touch me in any way for a full week." You announced.
