"How could I forget my manners? My name is Laura." The girl stated on our way to lunch. After she saved my butt in the bathroom, she's been following me around like a stray dog. I guess she's promoting me as her friend, now that were hanging out. "So I'm guessing that you and Kaitlyn don't get along," Laura stated the obvious,"Ever since we were little, Kaitlyn wasn't friendly with anyone." What do you mean, ever we were little?" I puzzledly asked her. "I should've told you this before ,but me and Kaitlyn are closer than you think; she's my cousin." Laura confessed as her smile turned into a frown. "Cousin? but--" I was trying to mutter my words out ,but that's when Ron passed by us; he was smiling at me as he slipped through the cafeteria doors. I knew I was hypnotized by his beautiful green eyes. "Uh, who's that?" Laura snapped me back into reality. "Oh he's um, just some guy that keeps staring at me." I mumbled under my breath. "Uh-huh, I think he likes you Olivia." She stated as she chuckled to herself. We made it inside the cafeteria and headed towards the food bars. "Why would he ever like me?" I questioned her as I gave her a confused look. "Have you ever looked at yourself in the mirror? You're beautiful Olivia." She replied while poking my cheek nonstop.  I started to notice that these really cute jocks were staring straight at us. This surprised me, because normally nobody ever noticed me. However among those jocks, I caught my eye again at Ron. His eyes were following me, as I walked toward the cash register. "What are you looking at, Olivia? You're completely scaring me." She cried as I snapped back into reality. "Oh nothing, I was just...um thinking to myself." I responded as I paid for my lunch."Did you notice that those guys were checking us out?" Laura's asked as her face started turning red. I didn't answer her question ,but I did wander towards my usual lunch seat. It was the closest seat to the doors, so that whenever I was done eating my lunch I could escaoe on my own.

"Olivia, come sit with me!" Laura exclaimed as she yanked my arm and pulled me in her direction. I tried to let lose of her arm ,but she was clutching on to me way to much. I gave in and walked with her to a highly populated lunch table. We finally sat down and I caught my eye to some familar faces in my classes. Normally I don't sit with them so it's going to be alittle awkward. "Whose the new meat?" Some blonde haired guy asked as he pointed straight at me. "Owen, play nice," Laura butted in the conversation,"Owen this is Olivia, Olivia this is my boyfriend Owen." Owen and I shook hands instantly, showing a sign of frienship.

Honestly, lunch was really interesting. I laughed at Owen's stupid jokes and for the first time in a while, I smiled.
