The morning arises and that scene replays in my mind. I roll out of bed and get ready for another day of school. Maybe, Ron won't notice me today. I am the most unnoticeable girl in school and it would be pretty easy not to get spotted. It's now 6:12 in the morning and as usual the bus has a late arrival. I staggered on bus, dashing toward seat 7 and quickly say down before someone took it. The bus ride was quiet this morning; everyone was a victim of the silence. As we finally reached the school parking lot, I caught a glimpse of Ron hauling his bike and chaining it to the side. He looked pretty sad, to be honest. I ran out of the bus and just like usual, I headed toward my locker. A swarm of students filled up the halls and I couldn't see Ron anywhere. I really could use a friend right about now. Out of the blue, the bell rang. The sound quickly cleared up the hallways and in no surprise I was left here alone. So I paced in Mrs. Roberts class late, without a sound. The browns, the blues, and the blacks of eyes stared down at me. However, a pair of green eyes glanced at me, accompanied with a smile. Ron was really glad to see me today. His smile was my savior, my rescuer and my protector for the moment. I sat next to him and we just exchanged looks. What was he thinking about? If only his thoughts were compiled with mine. First period finally ended with a boom and I raced out of the classroom.
