"Beep! Beep!" my alarm screamed with dings, as I woke up for another strifeful day at school. As I arose from my bed, I stopped in my tracks. On my desk, stood the beautiful burgundy rose in a glass vase. The light beaming from the window, luminated the essence of its petals. That flower was something special; a rare beauty it was. I walked towards it, greeting it with a smile. Looking at it, the sweet memory from last night, replayed through my mind. "Olivia!!" a menacing voice recked my daydreaming. I realized that the menacing voice was comming from mom, realizing that she was standing in my doorway with a frown. "Hurry up and go to school, I really don't deal with driving you up there." She demanded while giving me a fowl stare. I looked her in the eye, grabbed my towel and rushed into the shower. The steam of the shower made me safe; Its' presence took all my troubles away. Afterwards, I put on my favorite hoody, pair of skinny jeans and my ragedy combat boots and headed downstairs. "Mom...do I look okay?" I concernly asked as I patted my hoody down. "Since when did you care how you looked?" She grumbled. I paused and looked down at my boots; The laces were worn out and untied just like my life. "Thanks mom, I really apperciate your oppinion." I sarcastically replied as I headed out the door with my bookbag on one shoulder. Did my mom think of me as special?
When the bus arrived at school, I rushed out and ran toward my first period. When I ran inside, there was no sight of anyone or Mrs.Roberts. I quickly sat at my desk and put my head down as the silence made me want to close my eyes and sleep for a bit. "Olivia.." A familar voice whipsered from behind me. I looked up and turned around to see Ron staring at me with those precious emerald eyes of his. He was sitting 3 seats behind me and the space between us kept us far apart; the fact that I wasn't near him was killing me. I got up walked over to the seat in front of him. We looked at another for a whole 3 minutes, until I finally said,"Ron, I missed you so much.." "Not as much as I missed you..I couldn't stop rethinking how we hung out last night.." Ron confessed as he grinned at me. He started leaning in for another one of his heart-stopping kisses, until I finally realized that Kaitlyn and her gruesome crew were watching us the whole time. "Wow I who would think that a witch like Olivia would even have a chance with a guy.." She commented as her friends gave wicked snickers. Honestly, I should congratulate her for making me hate her ten times more.
